Matsuyama is one of the overlooked treasures of Japan. If anyone is going to Matsuyama, I recommend reading the Japanese classic book Botchan before going and using it as a bit of a tour guide. Also, there is a shotengai very close to where you walked that is one of my favorite in Japan - hope you catch it next time!

Our dear furry little kitty friends can not miss! beautiful white and with iridescent ears, my kitten is called Uma and is gray, white and brown with green eyes, I adore her !!! :-) Thanks to you, dear Rambalac, we can get to know corners of beautiful Japan unthinkable, I could read on the web that this is a historic city rich in history and culture of the country with more than 81 historical temples within a beautiful natural setting !! At 16:44 is the "Trattoria Vento di Mare" A piece of Italy in Japan! that reminds me of my great-grandfather of Ancona :-) And... the beautiful ecological trams! They bring me childhood memories when I was a child, I was passing a tram down the street of my house that just had the curve in the corner a few meters from the door of my house and made such a noise to bend it seemed that it was going to disarm haha! :-) It would be very interesting if one day you could come back to explore this beautiful and historic city a little more and enjoy its beauty and cultural heritage! I had a nice trip on there last March, and Matsuyama is very quiet and clean city...not many people, not much traffic. but some part of there, declined cuz of lack of people, it looked sad.

At normal walking pace should be about 5000
Around 6000 steps I think. On that day I did 18K steps but that includes Beppu walks.
