I found the application process to be quite easy. Now the waiting game begins. I hope it doesn’t take 10 years.

After they don't call you, you get tired of sitting, and you try to call them, but you don't get through by phone. Then when you decide to visit in person to find out if you can pay for the land you applied for then they tell you about the backlog. I wonder if the process would be fast-track if I was a squatter since it appears that squatters have access to land quick these days. I applied and I am still sitting on my dreams in this big country. There is nothing left to do but sit
I applied. 30 years ago and still waiting until I migrated.
I did one in person and online still can’t get a call going to 5 years now 😂

So what about people who applied 13 years now like me and didn't own a land or a home yet in my own country and I have been running to housing years now I have my letter of approval here and every time I go to housing I have to Pay to refreshed that letter and nothing nothing all these years and I am a guyanese so I don't know how these people saying one thing and the doing something else

Every guyanese over 18 deserve a house spot working or not working. Sho uld come come with birth certificate

50.percent.down.and.6.months.for.remian.balance.for.middle.income.lot.President.need.to.make.adjustment.on.payment.
That's not a free house lot.No citizen of Guyana should pay any money whatsoever for a house lot ever.The government needs to do better than that for its citizens.
This is thievery sell the people resources and lending them loan to buy their own home with interest, disguisting.
