By any chance, do you know how to make a dandelion with the wisps I have tried a dozen different ways to do it, and then it all comes out, looking cheap or just not right. So if you have an idea, I’d love to hear it.

I just tried them with ribbon, the wisps is pretty soft for them, so I have 2 suggestions: you wrap them up in bulk, like when making pom poms (ua-cam.com/video/n4oJSgvCTsU/v-deo.html), or make lots of small pieces and combine (ua-cam.com/video/jLblCknSQqk/v-deo.html), before that, dilute the white glue and apply on them at the root, they make the thread stronger !
