Steps to fix your device.
1. Make sure the case and earbuds are charged.
2. Open the lid of the case
3. Hold the button down on the back of the case for around 15 seconds or until you see an orange light appear or until you see the flashing white light shut off for a second or two, then come back.
4. Delete the saved Bluetooth connection from your device for these earbuds.
5. Reconnect the earbuds to your device.
6. Get back to jamming out 🎵
