either I'm missing something or there are some skips in the video, you didn't show any photo feature in the points layer, whereas in the app i can see the photo + option is there apart from the notes and i dont see any relation the photo add which switches it to photo non-spatial layer. please advise.
I think that after he established the relation, he forgot (at least he forgot to show us) to add the said relation in the 'Survey' attribute form. You need to get back to the Survey (point) layer properties, and in the attribute form menu you should add the relation by drag and drop (it's located in the Relations "tab"). That's why I think it is very important to give a name to a relation to better identify it in case you have a project with several ones.
