I think the grandparents would be lovely next. Living next to grandma and grandpa is just amazing for the kids, so they can stay with family when the parents are working. And the grandparents, I'm sure, would love to have the kids over. But also, then it would make sense to get a live-in nanny when they move away from the neighborhood as the grandparents aren't as close anymore. Also, IDK if the twins are gonna have more siblings or if they are teens next time, so a nanny or fabulous butler is on the table then.
I love the idea of adding a quirky nanny-maybe even a sibling or cousin of Theo or Anna? A relative who has a lot of love and is great with kids but doesn’t exactly have a lot of marketable skills and otherwise struggles to hold down a job, so it starts out as Theo and Anna just offering to let them stay with them for a bit but before they know it they’re a full time family member.
Ok hear me out. What if Violet kinda betrayed the family & went to work for the competition? She goes into business and helps expand their market. While Ashe keeps with the family business & goes into tech career which expands the cafe online. Like he gets their parents online & sells the local beans & merch all over?
This lady is so knowledgeable about the build stuff. She has a great eye for detail and designing buildings. And she must also have an inexhaustible amount of patience? I've done numerous remodels of the commercial lots. Some residential lots. But with my builds, I concentrate on making them user-friendly. Beauty is the last thing that I care about. But this lady does it all. Wow! Blows my mind.
You should build a mall or something. But cute like the cafe. & it could have a basement & lots of plants. Maybe there could be a animal shelter inside or something with a fish store/frog store. Or you could add more skill stuff there, that maybe someone in the family could discover they like.
I think it might have been better to do a full laundry room in the house. Rich people wouldn't want their laundry in a hallway 😆😆 maybe willows family own the towns museum and that could be where they got all their money from? I think willows house should very modern and very different the general aesthetics of the town. Multi pools / water features etc

I think one of my favorite parts of this series is you building a story thru the sims 😄 its so fun bc I've never seen or done or heard of a rebuilding of newcrest and having the plot you do. Idk if I explained that right but I just freaking love your imagination!!!!!!!! You're also the best builder ever ❤️ like the creativity you have is wild!
Next lot can be Theo’s paternal home with his grandparents and his father living there with a couple of pets. Theo’s mother is sadly not around anymore…she was the one who was interested in plants and gardening. After she passed away Theo inherited the bar and his father stay at home and spend time with his old parents. The house can be in the same style like other Barrelwood homes with some modern extension at the back where Theo’s mom had a really huge multi story greenhouse. After the kids came along their grandfather built a treehouse for them. The house can also have a secret library in the attic or other secret rooms as it is very old.

I go thru phases where I want to either live in a cottage in the forest with mountain backdrop, or get myself a tiny house that's pricey but just for me, or live in a mansion with secret rooms and doors. So this mansion is making me want to build my own mansion in the sims and make my sims live the lavish but mysterious lifestyle where they got hidden doors and split level and stuff.

heyy Syd, when you press Tab, you can have the free camera style, that way you can see the sims (or even the tiny dog) closer and without that bar with the sim's informations, it's also better for the tour moment 🥰 just a suggestion if you didn't know it. I'm loving these series so much btw!! ❤️

That is so cool that the Sims actually added dip candles. I don’t know what they’re actually called but those candles look exactly like the kind of candles that people dip liquid wax into and then they carve away the pieces after it’s dried to make a cool design on it I was just not expecting that kind of thing to be in the Sims
Heyy syd , just a quick tip if you can't figure out where to put all those money left , try buying the vault or one of the storage boxes and put expensive stuff in it . In the vault you can directly put cash And in this way the lot will cost more but it won't be visible :-D

Love the build ! Can you make a future kid (maybe) that really rebels and just doesn’t really flow with their parents and siblings , and that is just happier with a darker color scheme and just kinda goth, can’t wait for more !
A home for Theo's retired parents will be adorable. Then they can spend holidays together. They can have a playroom for the twins, a greenhouse, a huge diningroom and lounge both with fireplaces. The family can spend winter fest there and open presents together. You can have a basement with either Theo's lazy brother (that's never moved out) or it can be a photography studio. Maybe that's the mother's hobby now that she does not work anymore. The dad can have a beautiful garden, full of exotic plants, fountains and bird feeders. One big dog, two cats and some chickens. That's why the grandkids love animals so much cause grandpa had so many different animals. Ooh and a pond full of fish, frogs, geese and other critters.
Awesome work again! 😊 Would love to see the grandparents, or one grandparent. Other building ideas: an extravagant mansion for willow, super modern evil lair vibes. A shopping mall with different shops, houses for both kids. Also maybe Ash could grow up to own a vet clinic?? Again, such a lovely video ❤️

For a million, I think you should do one of those where the bottom floor is some sort of café/store and the top floor is an apartment. You can then use the basement as 'storage'.
Not technically for the next house but in the next neighborhood with things getting more expensive, I totally agree with some of the comments. Like the community lot being a mall. You could do laundry (dry cleaning), a gym, and a paint and sip. The twins should DEFINITELY have a duplex/ townhouse where they can really showcase their own styles but still be close to each other and of course Alf has to live with violet lol I loved the idea about having a "small" 4 unit apartment. And a possible love interest for 1 of the kids living there. I 100% agree that our rivals should live in THAT neighborhood and I don't think we should move there, I just think after their midlife crisis and maybe a visit to one of the older homes they realize how blessed they are to have made it so far. Idk that's just where I saw it going. But either way I'll be tuned in to see whatever you do because I'm totally invested now. 💕💕

Willow is very ~expensive~ and I feel like she’s too focused on her business and beating this family that she can’t handle looking after her kid as well..?
A good way to use up a bit more money if you're struggling is to put a wallpaper on the outside wall of the basement! I always use a brick or stone if I'm trying to eat up more of a budget for things! It doesn't use a lot, but a little bit!

I think the vet idea would be perfect for the twins. Maybe Violet runs all of the business stuff and ash actually is a vet along with other employees? I love this challenge. It’s so fun with all of the backstory and great for when you feel like building but not wanting to actually use gameplay. Because sometimes, you just feel like building :)

Building a pool on a deck or platform makes the pool more expensive. You can also built the pool area in a more separated way with the lounge chairs, the umbrella table in between and a few drinks. Do you wanna make it even more expensive? Add a jacuzzi
I like the nanny idea. Maybe the nanny could have a kid also and they could have a guest house for her. Or maybe add one more child later in life? Also one of the kids could be a expensive wine seller with a vineyard.

Love the build ! Can you make a future kid (maybe) that really rebels and just doesn’t really flow with their parents and siblings , and that is just happier with a darker color scheme and just kinda goth, can’t wait for more !
A home for Theo's retired parents will be adorable. Then they can spend holidays together. They can have a playroom for the twins, a greenhouse, a huge diningroom and lounge both with fireplaces. The family can spend winter fest there and open presents together.
You can have a basement with either Theo's lazy brother (that's never moved out) or it can be a photography studio. Maybe that's the mother's hobby now that she does not work anymore. The dad can have a beautiful garden, full of exotic plants, fountains and bird feeders. One big dog, two cats and some chickens. That's why the grandkids love animals so much cause grandpa had so many different animals. Ooh and a pond full of fish, frogs, geese and other critters.
Once you get to the multi-million dollar mansions, you should do a butlers pantry off the kitchen!! Kardashian style kitchens! 🤪
Awesome work again! 😊 Would love to see the grandparents, or one grandparent. Other building ideas: an extravagant mansion for willow, super modern evil lair vibes. A shopping mall with different shops, houses for both kids. Also maybe Ash could grow up to own a vet clinic?? Again, such a lovely video ❤️
Loving this series! Also you should do a build challenge where No object can stay its original size. It would be pretty difficult but I’m sure you could make it look great!
For a million, I think you should do one of those where the bottom floor is some sort of café/store and the top floor is an apartment. You can then use the basement as 'storage'.

Not technically for the next house but in the next neighborhood with things getting more expensive, I totally agree with some of the comments.
Like the community lot being a mall. You could do laundry (dry cleaning), a gym, and a paint and sip.
The twins should DEFINITELY have a duplex/ townhouse where they can really showcase their own styles but still be close to each other and of course Alf has to live with violet lol
I loved the idea about having a "small" 4 unit apartment. And a possible love interest for 1 of the kids living there.
I 100% agree that our rivals should live in THAT neighborhood and I don't think we should move there, I just think after their midlife crisis and maybe a visit to one of the older homes they realize how blessed they are to have made it so far.

Beautiful syd!!! Maybe for one of the lots Theo’s dad has a guest house with a big garden fenced in next to it and he could be really into gardening and woodworking! Maybe he brings a couple of dogs/cats as well!
I feel like the quirky nanny should be for willows child maybe? Willow is very ~expensive~ and I feel like she’s too focused on her business and beating this family that she can’t handle looking after her kid as well..?
A good way to use up a bit more money if you're struggling is to put a wallpaper on the outside wall of the basement! I always use a brick or stone if I'm trying to eat up more of a budget for things! It doesn't use a lot, but a little bit!
The painting skill masterpiece paintings would give good pricing and also be super sims friendly.

I think the vet idea would be perfect for the twins. Maybe Violet runs all of the business stuff and ash actually is a vet along with other employees? I love this challenge. It’s so fun with all of the backstory and great for when you feel like building but not wanting to actually use gameplay. Because sometimes, you just feel like building :)

You should do Theo Parents, Another couple with kids and pets, and add a nanny too lol...Also in the higher up neighborhood you should add a retirement lot and maybe Violet can be Mayor of Bloomcrest when she is older

Building a pool on a deck or platform makes the pool more expensive. You can also built the pool area in a more separated way with the lounge chairs, the umbrella table in between and a few drinks. Do you wanna make it even more expensive? Add a jacuzzi
I like the nanny idea. Maybe the nanny could have a kid also and they could have a guest house for her. Or maybe add one more child later in life? Also one of the kids could be a expensive wine seller with a vineyard.
I think one of the twins should become a world famous pianist/violinist or recording artist! That's how they'll be able to afford the massively expensive home later. Maybe they're a musical duo!
