Hello Ru and Jack, When I crush garlic I put the skins in the stock bag in the freezer because I want to save every bit of flavour. after I make the stock (with bones and other peelings) i then compost all the veg matter and the bones (if you cook them 24 hours to extract everything) can be ground up for doggos and kitty cats. It's wonderful watching you back in action. Abrasses from mexico Jacques

You could half the butternut squash and make soup with some cumin and curry powder or garam masala or a butternut squash veg curry with with the coconut and add red lentils if you had it. Also you can make your own bagels or flatbread with greek yogurt and flour. You could make a cucumber, halloumi and tomato salad with some dressing of olive oil, mustard and honey and serve with some mixed leaves. Also you could make banana oat pancakes with some eggs. You could also make a frittata if you had veg, eggs and potatoes. You could also make an egg salad and serve it in the cos lettuce. You could make a corn chowder with the garlic granules and some stock and blend it and add coriander .You could make a pita wrap with some corn, halloumi, tomatoes, salad and boiled egg.

Your such a good cat mum. I love it. 😊. Just one thing though whiskas isnt great dry food for cats, its got too many grains. There are some affordable brands that dont contain any cereals, and give them a try. I used to feed mine a chicken and rice one, but it was quite expensive. But of course, do what you feel is right. My family cats lived on whiskas and go-cat 😂. Please dont take offence, i know some cats, have their preference. I love your videos, and hope you feel better soon x

I have an amazing hack for getting the skin of fresh garlic. Simply place the cloves in boiling water for about 30 seconds and it literally falls off. It one of the most frustrating things in life , trying to get that skin off 🤣🤣 i was laughing as you were trying to do it. I also grate fresh garlic. So easy and takes seconds to do.. Definitely DO NOT refreeze any seafood. You really dont need food poisoning on top of your other health issues 😮 I can't wait to start cooking comfort, autumn food. Stews, (vegan) shepards pie, soups, hotpot, mushroom bourguignon, pies and mashed potatoes with everything 🤣🤣. So cheap and comforting.. Love Beanie 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

Happy Sunday! Top tip: Iceland sell 800g of frozen, cooked and diced chicken breast for £6. I buy it for Freya, and just take some out in the evening, and pop it in the fridge for her to have the next day. Works out way, way cheaper than those little packs of fresh, cooked chicken breast! It's better for the cats as well, because those little fresh packs often contain added sugar, Iceland only add salt. That muscle dish looks yummy! Xx

Glad you’ve got wet food for the Beanie, all dry diet is bad for kidneys, you’re doing the right thing xx
Probably wouldn’t refreeze the mussels, or even reheat them - likely food poisoning risk 😢
Hope you bin off that chest infection soon, get well! Love to Beanie x

Is £24 reasonable ? it depends what you do with it. Given your imagination and creativity I think you will do very well !! looking forward to seeing what you make.

I feed the feral cats by me with cat protection, i have learned they all have differant eating habbits, one will lick the jelly off wet cat food they don't like the cheap dry cat food, but i do know they eat a lot more in winter than summer

Your meal looked good, would eat. I don't mind mussels. 😁 I think some people object to the texture though.

You'd be surprised about what cats can tell the difference about! I was giving my sisters cat some plain chicken chunks and one day i gave her a different brand but still plain. And she turned around and looked at me as if to say what the ×××× is this you dolt😭🐈🙋‍♂️

You shouldn’t eat week old rice from the fridge but you could freeze some in single servings much safer!

@TheBudgetFoodie I'd say no they always say only heat/cook seafood once as its the worst for food poisoning and you definitely don't need that with all the other health things you have at the minute. You could pick them out and eat the pasta, maybe just heat very, very well
Thank you! They are so lovely and I have never seen them before, I will definitely have a look now!
I love your video they make me smile every time. You and Beanie are the best 😊 xx

Get a nebulizer to help heal your lungs. I had pneumonia and its the only that gave me some relief with the cough and i believe it helped me recover quicker
    .even though it took months.
