I like this two-level one better than the three-level. The proportions look better. I like the second garage being further back, so when your guest comes over, he or she can park in the covered space in front of it. I like the loft office, too.

I’m trying to move back once I finsh my nursing school, but my husband is saying that he doesn’t like Vegas. Mind you, he never lived there. I grew up there for 17 years.

@@chakits1 $473k for 2-story modern home of 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2-car garages? WOW, that's not bad! But it's gorgeous. Well, I can't stand heat in Las Vegas, but I visit there often when gambling.
I prefer the house with the loft instead of the 3rd bedroom.

The only thing I like about this home is the beautiful windows and entry into the living room. It's too bad that there is no kitchen island. The second floors feels too tight and I hate the double stacked washer/dryer. The loft is a decent size but if it was turned into a 3rd bedroom, the whole floor would feel claustrophobic. There is no storage drawers for the sinks. It does have more of an apartment living vibe.

There's no way in heck. I'd ever pick half a million dollars for 1600 for the house. I think I'll just rent instead. I can get a better deal overseas. Don't give me wrong, I'm pretty sure you know what the market is probably worth that but no, that's crazy.
Yup plus the lots are not much bigger than the house. You will also pay two HOA fees. One to the main you live in and another to the city of Summerlin as well 😂

New tract homes are trash. People that buy them just don't know better. Build your own instead. You'll thank yourself later. The reason it's 2 story is because that's the cheapest way to add square footage. There's carpet upstairs because they use the cheapest subflooring and it would be impossible to tile or it would just crack. They use the cheapest of materials and labor to build these. Buy a piece of land that's not in Summerlin and build a house twice as big as this and better quality for the same price or less.
Good luck with that. Have you done this yourself to save money?
@@chakits1 I like how you didn't refute anything that I said. These houses that you talk up like they are a diamond in the rough, are trash. I didn't say anything about saving money. If you want a quality home, you have to build it yourself. These tract home builders build nothing but junk.
