I think that we’re lucky that Phil’s work is not common knowledge! If too many people become aware, the cycle will become disrupted. If you get to read the book and don’t understand it. Read it again. If anyone wants to know what’s going on, have them read the book. No one believes until they see it.
Why isn't there an ebook version of "Secret Life of Real Estate and Banking"? I'd love to read the book but I've got arthritis in my hands and holding a book is not that easy anymore.
Hi Beatrix, thanks for your comment. Unfortunately, Phil prefers people to buy his physical book because e-book is prone to being pirated; however, this may change in the future.
According to Mark Mobius, the mortgage rates will hit 9% in 2023 and the U.S. real estate market has been in a bear market. The destruction of buyer demand has created a massive hit to the housing market. I would recommend that your viewers read Christopher Knowlton's Bubble in the Sun. The real estate cycle has already begun its down wave 3 years before the predicted date of 2026. The problem we are running into is that the real estate clock has no minute or second hands and the Swiss do not approve of this type of watch.
Respectfully disagree with this summation. The law of economic rent ensures the timing. As for Swiss watches, I suggest taking this up with their embassy!
Just wondering when was this interview done? Jason just put out another interview on his own channel a couple of days ago. Also, there are comments 2 weeks old but the video just came out less than an hour ago.
