Not that I’m aware of. Unless the terminal is particularly long, most trains have to split in half for loading/unloading, so the end of one of the half’s could either end up at one of the ends of the train, or in the middle when the portions are put back together. The location of the containers in the terminal could also determine where they are placed on the train, they don’t really want to spend time and fuel moving them up and down the train unnecessarily.
