Honestly speaking its either here or at PROGRESS at this point. With WALTER heading to WWE there are only going to be so many big indie stages left to have Starr finally reach the redemption story. With his SSS16 win its possible it finally happens at the big September PROGRESS show, but I wouldn't be at all surprised, especially with how interlaced OTT has become in this story which has spanned across the globe, if this match at OTT is the moment.
