Up here Minnesota. 3-4 inch. Swim baits. Chatter baits in the. What still left green weeds. Blues green pumpkins. Especially where’s lot of small bluegill.
I'm such a shallow angler. All I fish are plastic worms, creature baits, jigs, and the occasional swim bait. If the bass stop biting these lures I'll be in trouble.
I would highly suggest throwing a big buzzbait starting now . Best day of fishing of my life was last year during this time throwing a 1/2oz buzzbait per Randy’s recommendation and it changed everything.

Pretty much the same for me! I’m trying to learn to fish some other baits for fall. 🤷♂️

Love your jig , I’ve caught some giants on it too
Sounds good. I will give it a try.
Just picked up 4 throw back jigs anxious to try them 😊
They are awesome. That live rubber is killer
Great info. 👍
What about your livescope buddy ?
Unless i use jigs in deep water they always catch pleanty of weeds, the stick worms and small swimbaits don't grab the weeds near as much
Hey Randy,
Is there anything you can do if the bass are just nibbling or short striking?
Thanks
Randy do you ever do the sharpie-mod with the diamonte?
Hey Randy what would you throw the first weekend of November in north East Tennessee in clear water with water temps in 65 to 70 degree range
Big buzzbait
But more so when water is 60-65
