I loved this one. It felt like Nene was popping off throughout the entire song without much care and when she threw the knife I genuinely laughed as it had seemed like the table had been flipped as with Skid and Pump, Boyfriend had threw the Microphone at Pump and now Nene is throwing a Knife at Pico
I find it odd that no one in the casino seemed to be concerned about Pico and Darnell. Skid immediately knew that the Corruption was bad news when he saw it, but I guess being in Hell forever would make you apathetic and numb to everything around you. I like that Nene was made the Angel of Death, with how often she dies in Pico's games, it's really fitting. I wonder if being the embodiment of death itself will give her an edge against the Corruption.
I'm guessing off the stuff in the skid week that they got pulled into hell hy that one demon and dint actually do anything bad so there just innocent kids and that's how they stayed alive and pico was sorta an angel but nene is full on hell demon and powerful as hell there not gonna have a good chance
I love how Darnell and Pico were singing their lines from Angel's Grace. Really glad to hear these motifs in the songs, especially knowing how I love Angel's Grace.
Since this corruption doesn't play fair, she decided to play by it's rules. Great episode as always, the details of everyone in the back not caring, Nene having a huge ego, everything is so well made. Corrupted Pico and Darnell is just perfection at its finest. I cant wait to see how this turns out.
(Spoilers) Huh, I didn't expect Pico to get beaten so easily. Ultimately, I suppose it makes sense. Pico and Darnell would have 100% beaten Boyfriend if they went all out from the start, similar to what Nene seems to be doing. At 26 seconds we see the continuation of a battle of corruption that started in Skid and Pump day 2, (the left one was fully corrupted back in Angel's Grace, but was being uncorrupted by the right one during Atonement. Unfortunately we learn that they were fully corrupted since then. Also Tabi and Whitty are confirmed.
THE CUTSCEENE MADE IT FEEL LIKE A LITERALL CARTOON! THATS SICK! (I literally watch it over and over again lol. Thats how cool it is.) At this point the whole team should just make an entire movie.
I’ve seen a few corruption stories where Darnell gets corrupted alongside Pico, but this is the first one I’ve seen where they later go for Nene. Nice job!
I've seen one cool moment on 2:18. Nene's health bar stopped to move on her monologue, when on other moments she moved it pretty strongly - we can clearly see that Nene stronger than Pico and Darnell. I guess, it clearly shows up to us that they are still friends to each other and she tried just to give them chance or to talk with them, because even when Darnell continued to sing she still haven't fight back at the health points. So that's why she got moved on health bar so away and got corrupted a bit? If that really so, then that's a cool notice. I like that.
Damn, Nene is a grim reaper. That's one demon you don't want to mess with. She's already claiming a W it seems too, the A in Fallen Angels is lighting up again, could pico be waking up? Stay tuned to find out in episode 2!

I really like how Nene is portrayed here! I’m not actually sure if Nene is still friends with Pico and Darnell in Corruption Hellbeats but if she is, then I honestly did not expect her to insult the two when she found out both of them got corrupted, as if she didn’t actually care that much about them despite their friendship. Nene also seems to have more confidence, as in the middle of the song, she laughs at Pico and Darnell after realizing that the two were failing to actually make progress on corrupting her, which shows that she has a MASSIVE ego. My favorite part of this episode was when Nene proceeded to throw a knife straight to Pico’s head at the end of the song, potentially killing him while Darnell became flabbergasted after seeing Pico fall to the ground. It was honestly quick shocking to see that happen. Now, I’m not too sure if Pico actually died, because although Pico’s the letter proceeded to glow red when the logo showed up which implied that he is dead, something tells me that he might be still alive because of angel shenanigans. TL;DR: This is the best episode I have ever seen so far, can’t wait to see how Nene’s arc will unfold.
Hell yeah, Nene not only has a great desing here but she just shows that she is just really playing along I think that is not even confidence, i think worse things happend in Hell, or yeah, she just has a massive ego
Good chance that we see the return of Pico or Darnell here, considering how much time BF V Skid and Punk took, along with the fact that BF is probably too tired to go right into a high difficulty fight.
I love how Demon Nene is the first character that i see in a Corruption mod that just look happy even tho she knows about that virus, like she is "Oh my friends are corrupted... Anyhow, lets have some Fun" Hopes she wins
also she gets corrupted mid song and her reaction is to laugh then expose her knife lol people in this variant do not take Pico seriously (i really really REALLY hope this doesn't become another reimagined BF thing)
Knowing how corruption mods go first they are happy then it progresses and then they lose when they think things are going great that hope is torn away from them and they begin to fall.

I think Pico was fighting back in this part before the man got hit with the cod throwing knife His idle is really unstable compared to Darnells, who's just vibing. In his losing icon, you can see blue cracks in his eyes, similarly to how the spooky kids were able to resist the corruption while their eyes were glowing blue. The back of his head is slightly uncorrupted in his losing icon. It's harder to see since his hair is red and the blood doesn't do it justice maybe nene has a super angelic corruption kryptonite knife to free him with
Wow. I didnt think Nene would be in this but this was great. I wonder how long she'll last until she meets her demise, also how she isnt affected, just insults her friends. Good job.
Corruption Hellbeats was canceled but I will always remember it fondly, thanks Nyaadia and the team for all those great songs, you certainly encouraged me a lot during these two years. :)
This form of the corruption is honestly just a glass canon, Skid and Pump beat it with the power of friendship and cool toons, Pico nearly solo'd BF and reversed so much corruption on him after going serious, Whitty has killed 13 corrupted and even normal people like the wendy's manager were able to fight back pretty well until getting being corrupted. And now Nene's clowning on two of the stronger corrupted so it seems monsters grand plan could fall apart if he decides to be a goober and doesn't but actual work into it. Edit: It does seem like Pico is resisting heavily by how his idle animation is shaking a bit and his losing icon seems to be breaking through with blue whatever through the corruption

I was actually thinking it was something to do with how sinful the person being corrupted believed themselves to be. Bf was an angle who defined god to meet a succubus. Pico let Darrell die in front of him. Darrell came back because he couldn't leave his friend. Skid blamed himself for being tricked by the deamon as shown in day 3 cut seen (pump is unsure in one of the photos) Pump reassures him that he doesn't blame skid. And because they're kids..when their minds are made up. There's NO changing it. Allowing them to keep partial sentients. Nene is...basically bat shit crazy. She doesn't CARE what people think about her being sinful. She also knows Pico and Darrell so she can tell the difference between them, and the corruption puppeting them. Idk about wendy tho. I still prefer OFC (Obama Fried Chicken)

Another peak Fall(back)en Angles episode, let's goooooooo. This one is one of the best episodes in the series, we're introduced to a lot of new theories and other things. Starting with the cutscene, I like how it starts with a radio message, with the radio guy announcing that the corruption is spreading. I'm kinda surprised it wasn't announced sooner considering the corruption has been around for about one day in this series. I really like how it shows the different scenarios some characters are in at 0:13 , Greew and Iris in Unmanagable, Tabi encountering what looks like Hex? I'm not sure. Tabi's design looks sick, though, ho looks like some rockstar now. _"As far as we are aware, it is not an issue whatsoever."_ Yeah right. Totally not an issue. Ah yes, "no emotion or cognitive reasoning" as it shows Skid and Pump staring into a mirror. This radio guy *clearly* does not know what he's talking about. Then again, it is Hell though, so you can kinda understand. I feel bad for Skid and Pump at 0:22 , now they have to live like that for probably the rest of the series. 0:25 Oh god, not Cremidy.... I guess Rose lost the battle to Nya. "as long as you stay indoors you'll be fine, i'd be surprised if they could open doors" LMAO. A reference to the OG Corruption thing, I see. Ooh, DD having a concert at a refugee center? Ngl, I'd go. Hmm, the date says December 28th. Just a few days after Christmas. And in 2114, so if this takes place a century after the OG FNF, then the OG probably took place in/around 2014 before Hellbeats. And there we see Chud and Pico. Darnell's design looks much more polished, and now he has a pupil in his X eye. He doesn't look like hes been in much battles, no cracks or any other feature that would've been the result of a battle. 0:36 No way, is that Sam fnf??????????? I see some other cool things on the wall as well. "sans was here" "vote whitty" and other casino signs. I just realized Darnell looks BALD under his fire, damn. I love these little details, Darnell pointing to the casino at 0:37 , and Pico saying "Yeah" or something right after. MMMMM, we see Monster once again. His office is a total mess. He sounds.... stressed. I see that some of the things on his desk say "ITS NOT YOUR FAULT! AND OTHER LIES TO TELL YOURSELF", "NEW PLAGUE? ARE WE SCREWED?", "HAVE YOU SEEN HIM? NOW YOU HAVE", and "HOW TO FIX SHIT YOU SCREWED UP" I guess he's regretting starting the corruption, which I don't blame him. Speaking of blaming, he just blames Whitty for the corruption right after, dirty move.. Whitty's design is fire. I see he's got a crossbow, a target, a radio, a 'Whitty winds office' thing, and a picture of him, Hex, and Carol from presumably a century ago, aw. I could be wrong, but I think I see some corrupted eye outside Whitty's window at 0:58 . Could be some random light, though. Wow, and all Monster really cares about is winning votes in the election. Now we are introduced to Nene. I really expected the opponent to be MM, I guess we got tricked. She seems disappointed that Pico and Darnell would fall to the corruption, like she expected more out of them. Woah that background is insane. You really captured the feel of a casino. -i see that among us slot machine.......- I see some familiar characters in the background, MAT, Laze, lata, and *dyan*. Some characters are playing Uno at the table lol. Nene's design is amazing. Her outfit really fits the role of an assassin, scythe and all. She seems really happy, too. Like she isn't taking the situation seriously. Is that a dollar sign at the end of Nene's tail? Wow. Guess she loves that casino. Also Darnell and Pico's poses lmao, Chud goes snap snap. These icons look sick, now we get to see Pico and Darnell's fully corrupted icons. The song is SUPER upbeat, and I love it. Definitely fits how Nene is treating the situation. Her chromatic sounds interesting, like its the OG one but edited. 3:08 Wow. That's something. Nene literally thinks the corruption is a joke or something, unlike other characters that either freaked out, didn't notice, got more serious, or got concerned once a little bit of corruption got on them. And she doesn't even have that much of it on her. In Sacrilege, Pico and Darnell had a significant amount, in Amomos, Skid had a noticeable amount, and in Atonement, Pump had a noticeable amount on him as well. That's crazy. Something tells me that Nene is going to be tough to defeat. 3:58 DAMN she is pushing back on the health bar. Hmm, Pico's eye turns cyan on the losing icon, that must mean something. 4:00 Oh. Oh wow. There goes Pico. I just love the pure shock on Darnell's face, he looks at Pico, then slowly toward Nene. And that taunt from Nene at the end, wow. Hm, no other dev team member have gotten corrupted in the credits yet. This episode has been AMAZING. All the little details that you added just made it even better. About lore stuff, though. Considering Nene is an assassin, she's gonna be difficult to take down. Pico and Darnell are in a casino full of uncorrupted people. They could just demolish the two at any moment. The only way I can see Nene actually getting defeated is if some character sneaks up on her or something, or if an entire horde of corrupted people come in suddenly. I really like how Nene didn't even hold back here, unlike other characters in other corruption takes, like, she literally threw a knife at Pico's forehead, probably going through his skull. Hm, the A in Fallen Angels glowed red at the end. A is Pico's letter. My guess is that since his body didn't get destroyed, he can just regenerate. Who knows how long that'll take, though. It could be one episode, or he could stay like that for the entire week, and Darnell would have to be by himself. The red letter either means a character is dead (for now), injured, or unconscious, something similar to that. Outstanding work to the entire team! This episode was FUCKING AMAZING everything about it was great to the story and the music just a chefs kiss this mod never disappoints. I love the Nene design and animations. Everything is great. Now for a quick little thing to point out some stuff it seems as Tabi and whitty are in this mod I assume as bonus songs or maybe part of main story maybe more whitty then Tabi but is seems that HB lemon is running for mayor or something against Whitty but with Nenes battle everything seems well till she throws that knife at Pico at the end his letter goes red this could mean either he’s dead or he’s heavily damaged and Nene is putting a strong fight against them both with is really interesting.
Pico is fucking dead.💀 In all seriousness though I like how Nene isn’t even phased when she gets slightly corrupted, she just brushed it off and killed pico. I also like how hellbeats lemon demon is using the corruption as a political advantage and not just because funny black goop go brrrrr. Also Nene seems to look like some sort of grim reaper design. The cutscene that plays is just gorgeous and it is clear the you and your team put a lot of effort into this series, you and the team deserve so much more subscribers. (Also love how when pico dies his letter becomes red, another great detail the FNF hellbeats corruption crew added to this fantastic series.) The setting is also really great too, never knew a casino could be the perfect location for this week. Can’t wait for the next part of the hellbeats corruption story.🙂

Am I the only one who wants Boyfriend to badly confront nene? Both of them cheated in one of the songs they did and sometimes clown around with their opponents. Like when pico had a monologue about killing boyfriend he said cool story bro, and then nene laughed at darnell and pico when they were 1/14 of corrupting her the way there. They would be perfect if they both fought, as they both use the same tactics.

@Paula Garcia actually if you see closely in bf vs the spooky kids(Devotion: Time -->1:45) yellow cracks start to appear when boyfriend gets angry, meaning the corruption is becoming unstable due to strong emotions
@Paula Garcia actually the dialogue suggests he is confused to how they are so confident not disappointed. And he didn't get mad he only got annoyed and thus he only had to play dirty and had a sneer on his face for the rest of the battle (Yes, I said he was mad at the beginning but having looked at it a bit more he is actually getting annoyed)

This is a really interesting introduction into Nene´s week. She is equipped with multiple weapons and managed to badly hurt (or even kill) Pico with the knife throw. I have a theory about what might happen during the week: IF Pico remains dead Darnell would probably beat the crap out of her for killing his friend if she does not kill him too. If Pico is not fully dead, he will probably be able to get himself back up with his angle powers since you could even see in the losing Icon that his eye was lighting in a blue tone, similar to Pumps and Skids eyes in Second Coming. And because the sould split in Devotion happened BEFORE the end of the day, Pumps letter did not turn red. If it would have happened after, it would have probably glowed red aswell as Picos letter now does. Also, in a very short frame when we can spot the letters, the E in ´Angels´ loses some light but then goes back to normal again, so the E is Nene´s letter. Also, now that the letters FAL N E S are discovered that leaves us with 6 more. Probably GF, DD, MM, Senpai/Spirit and as we could see, Tabi is canon but we dont know if he will be playing an important role in the story. Maybe Monster himself is one of the letters since he started all of this but isnt corrupted himself? We do not know yet. But we will soon find out

(SPOILER WARNING) First off, why would Lemon Demon do Whitty like that in the cutscene? That’s just flat out rude. Second off, the song was a banger, it really gave off a swinging feeling because the fight took place in a casino, which is a good detail. I also heard some of Pico’s vocals from Angel’s Grace. 9/10.
the one thing about this mod that always get me to watch again is Corrupted BF having EXPRESSIONS for once! like he has an actual personality now and isn’t just an void of no emotion. In Pico’s week I did NOT expect BF to be like “cool story bro” after Pico’s monologue, it caught me off guard by a ton. BF being salty about losing to children also was hilarious, and now in this song, Darnell (I think that’s his name?) has an actual reaction to Pico just straight up dying. I also found the little finger snap that Darnell was doing to be a nice touch too. There’s just a ton of little things and absolute personality and charm put into every little thing; character animations, story, backgrounds, references, EVERYTHING!
A 2v1 were the one starts to lose and throws something at the face of one of the opponents leaving the other worried and then mocks them… where have I seen this before? (Great episode HB team, this song is a banger)

My guess so far is that blue eyes mean that the corrupted person has control of themself still. This is just a guess. But I've noticed the only corrupted with blue eyes are skid and pump. Could just be a design choice for the two, could actually mean that they can control their actions still (maybe gaining control or waking up in Pico's case?)
How come no one noticed that Lemon Demon literally has a book called "How to fix shit you screwed up"? Maybe he is realizing the mistake he made by creating the virus... or maybe not Although seeing how he behaves in the intro I think he doesn't regret anything
He has other stuff like ‘’it’s not your fault and other lies to tell yourself'', he must be regretting starting it. He’s trying to use it to his advantage while trying to fix it at the same time.

I really like Nene’s design here, reminds me of Jevil from Deltarune. I also really like this song because it fits so well with Nene being laid back and chill while destroying them. A little thing I noticed was near the end one of Pico’s eyes on his healthbar at the bottom was blue like the spooky kids. Wonder what’s happening there…
Another thing I noticed at 0:21 you can see corrupted hands, I'm guessing hbcbf, on the outside of the window That skid and pump are in, and judging by their sad faces he's managed to contain them. Maybe in his white van.
Ok, but that knife went INSIDE HIS SKULL, Pico (and presumably his corruption) is dead. We know that when a citizen of Hell dies, they will eventually respawn, but Pico is an angel that came from Heaven, so what happens now? That red letter doesn't look that good

I got an idea! We could eliminate all the air conditions in nyc, but still keep the sky orange, then decorate it with heckish ornaments and lights, then BAM! We have heck city from fallen angels irl!

I love how Nene is just "Oh, i'm infected. Ok time to spawn a knife.". Joke aside even though that wasn't a joke.. This episode is very good. I like how Nene just straight up stab pico out of nowhere, they didn't expect much from Nene. But the corruption may have other plans, could Pico transform into its angel form? Or Darnell? It could be dangerous but as far from i know. If only Nene aim precisely it could hit Pico Skeleton and maybe damage it brain. So i don't really know for sure how much energy Nene put to throw that knife, but that knife throw is pretty fast, so I'm sure Nene pulling out so much energy. A skeleton is hard to get through to brain i know that. Aside from that, a corruption infects it host by spreading these black goo. So it mean the goo can protect its host skin. So I'm not sure if Pico is not dead yet, there's still hope Corrupted Pico stands. At this point i don't really care if the good one won, I'm really sick and tired seeing other corruption have its good one always failed Especially Dyan, he can't even make a good timeline out of many timelines he made. FCR is rushed at this point. *Easter Egg: At the final song, everybody was shock. Including the Mug, idk if anybody notice*
If I’m comparing corruption takeover vs hellbeats corruption, takeover is more apocalyptic like setting it as a more horror scenario when it comes to the corrupted, hellbeats is more like “oh no people are turning into these weird creatures and we can also become like them, anyway” while I do like both of the mods takeover feels more end of the world like, more serious toned I mean.
That’s the point, this episode is mainly to show that no one is taking it seriously. The media says it’s not a threat, so no one is seeing it as one even though they really should. Though I will say the tone will change pretty drastically at a certain point. We’re trying to keep to the general idea of fnf where it’s all a game of memes and jokes, but with a little more of an intense storyline.
Everybody is talking about pico being picon't, but what about Hex at 0:19? Or 12/28 on the concert flyer at 0:30? Even kinda curious about the backwall picture at 0:57- GOD WHY DOES THE OPENNING CUTSCENE HAVE SO MUCH TO UNPACK?! AND WHY DOES DAY ONE ALREADY SLAP???!?!?!

When nene say "it's megalovania time" at 2:58 I cried, it was so deep and touching 😔 Jokes aside it was an awesome episode. The new corrupted sprites looks sick and I like the music. It sounds like we are in a circus or smth (Also I got my art in the video yay happy I can die peacefully now)
I mean, they aren't wrong when they say it isn't dangerous (apart from people losing control of their bodies) because the corruption hasn't killed anyone yet that we know of
I ask this because, otherwise, it wouldn't make much sense for Nene to carry a scythe when her specialty is knives, also that would explain why, being Pico and Darnell a union of two very powerful corrupts, Nene could beat them so easily, that their weapons strong enough to penetrate a corrupt like Pico and the fact that he looks like that
she also uses cleavers i guess it's a natural progression of her character when she becomes a demon (from knives and cleavers to bigger heads) in addition to being based on the grim reaper for her demon form which is farther explenation
I uh..wasn't aware the corrupted could be killed judging by corrupted Darnell face he seemed to be as surprised. Though whittys counter should have been a giveaway. They'll probably just respawn though if possible. but will they respawn recorrupted? Unless their just straight up Dead dead despite being corrupted. Guess we'll have to find out in song 2.
one of the best corruption mods, only the original corruption is higher. It's plentiful that the mod was canceled, one way or another, the situation is clear to me, we will wait for the outcome of this story

I loved this one. It felt like Nene was popping off throughout the entire song without much care and when she threw the knife I genuinely laughed as it had seemed like the table had been flipped as with Skid and Pump, Boyfriend had threw the Microphone at Pump and now Nene is throwing a Knife at Pico
I find it odd that no one in the casino seemed to be concerned about Pico and Darnell. Skid immediately knew that the Corruption was bad news when he saw it, but I guess being in Hell forever would make you apathetic and numb to everything around you. I like that Nene was made the Angel of Death, with how often she dies in Pico's games, it's really fitting. I wonder if being the embodiment of death itself will give her an edge against the Corruption.
I'm guessing off the stuff in the skid week that they got pulled into hell hy that one demon and dint actually do anything bad so there just innocent kids and that's how they stayed alive and pico was sorta an angel but nene is full on hell demon and powerful as hell there not gonna have a good chance

I love how Darnell and Pico were singing their lines from Angel's Grace. Really glad to hear these motifs in the songs, especially knowing how I love Angel's Grace.

Since this corruption doesn't play fair, she decided to play by it's rules.
Great episode as always, the details of everyone in the back not caring, Nene having a huge ego, everything is so well made. Corrupted Pico and Darnell is just perfection at its finest. I cant wait to see how this turns out.

Huh, I didn't expect Pico to get beaten so easily. Ultimately, I suppose it makes sense. Pico and Darnell would have 100% beaten Boyfriend if they went all out from the start, similar to what Nene seems to be doing.
At 26 seconds we see the continuation of a battle of corruption that started in Skid and Pump day 2, (the left one was fully corrupted back in Angel's Grace, but was being uncorrupted by the right one during Atonement. Unfortunately we learn that they were fully corrupted since then.
Also Tabi and Whitty are confirmed.

I’ve seen a few corruption stories where Darnell gets corrupted alongside Pico, but this is the first one I’ve seen where they later go for Nene. Nice job!
I've seen one cool moment on 2:18.
Nene's health bar stopped to move on her monologue, when on other moments she moved it pretty strongly - we can clearly see that Nene stronger than Pico and Darnell. I guess, it clearly shows up to us that they are still friends to each other and she tried just to give them chance or to talk with them, because even when Darnell continued to sing she still haven't fight back at the health points.
So that's why she got moved on health bar so away and got corrupted a bit?
If that really so, then that's a cool notice. I like that.
Damn, Nene is a grim reaper. That's one demon you don't want to mess with. She's already claiming a W it seems too, the A in Fallen Angels is lighting up again, could pico be waking up?

I really like how Nene is portrayed here!
I’m not actually sure if Nene is still friends with Pico and Darnell in Corruption Hellbeats but if she is, then I honestly did not expect her to insult the two when she found out both of them got corrupted, as if she didn’t actually care that much about them despite their friendship.
Nene also seems to have more confidence, as in the middle of the song, she laughs at Pico and Darnell after realizing that the two were failing to actually make progress on corrupting her, which shows that she has a MASSIVE ego.
My favorite part of this episode was when Nene proceeded to throw a knife straight to Pico’s head at the end of the song, potentially killing him while Darnell became flabbergasted after seeing Pico fall to the ground. It was honestly quick shocking to see that happen.
Now, I’m not too sure if Pico actually died, because although Pico’s the letter proceeded to glow red when the logo showed up which implied that he is dead, something tells me that he might be still alive because of angel shenanigans.
TL;DR: This is the best episode I have ever seen so far, can’t wait to see how Nene’s arc will unfold.

Knowing how corruption mods go first they are happy then it progresses and then they lose when they think things are going great that hope is torn away from them and they begin to fall.

I think Pico was fighting back in this part before the man got hit with the cod throwing knife
His idle is really unstable compared to Darnells, who's just vibing. In his losing icon, you can see blue cracks in his eyes, similarly to how the spooky kids were able to resist the corruption while their eyes were glowing blue.
The back of his head is slightly uncorrupted in his losing icon. It's harder to see since his hair is red and the blood doesn't do it justice

Wow. I didnt think Nene would be in this but this was great. I wonder how long she'll last until she meets her demise, also how she isnt affected, just insults her friends. Good job.
Corruption Hellbeats was canceled but I will always remember it fondly, thanks Nyaadia and the team for all those great songs, you certainly encouraged me a lot during these two years. :)

This form of the corruption is honestly just a glass canon, Skid and Pump beat it with the power of friendship and cool toons, Pico nearly solo'd BF and reversed so much corruption on him after going serious, Whitty has killed 13 corrupted and even normal people like the wendy's manager were able to fight back pretty well until getting being corrupted.
And now Nene's clowning on two of the stronger corrupted so it seems monsters grand plan could fall apart if he decides to be a goober and doesn't but actual work into it.
Edit: It does seem like Pico is resisting heavily by how his idle animation is shaking a bit and his losing icon seems to be breaking through with blue whatever through the corruption
Blue pupils mean they have a resistance strong enough to be unaffected even with a body covered in corruption, so look out for blue pupils.

I was actually thinking it was something to do with how sinful the person being corrupted believed themselves to be.

Skid blamed himself for being tricked by the deamon as shown in day 3 cut seen (pump is unsure in one of the photos)
Pump reassures him that he doesn't blame skid. And because they're kids..when their minds are made up. There's NO changing it. Allowing them to keep partial sentients.
Nene is...basically bat shit crazy. She doesn't CARE what people think about her being sinful. She also knows Pico and Darrell so she can tell the difference between them, and the corruption puppeting them.

Another peak Fall(back)en Angles episode, let's goooooooo.
This one is one of the best episodes in the series, we're introduced to a lot of new theories and other things.
Starting with the cutscene, I like how it starts with a radio message, with the radio guy announcing that the corruption is spreading. I'm kinda surprised it wasn't announced sooner considering the corruption has been around for about one day in this series. I really like how it shows the different scenarios some characters are in at 0:13 , Greew and Iris in Unmanagable, Tabi encountering what looks like Hex? I'm not sure. Tabi's design looks sick, though, ho looks like some rockstar now. _"As far as we are aware, it is not an issue whatsoever."_ Yeah right. Totally not an issue. Ah yes, "no emotion or cognitive reasoning" as it shows Skid and Pump staring into a mirror. This radio guy *clearly* does not know what he's talking about. Then again, it is Hell though, so you can kinda understand. I feel bad for Skid and Pump at 0:22 , now they have to live like that for probably the rest of the series. 0:25 Oh god, not Cremidy.... I guess Rose lost the battle to Nya. "as long as you stay indoors you'll be fine, i'd be surprised if they could open doors" LMAO. A reference to the OG Corruption thing, I see. Ooh, DD having a concert at a refugee center? Ngl, I'd go. Hmm, the date says December 28th. Just a few days after Christmas. And in 2114, so if this takes place a century after the OG FNF, then the OG probably took place in/around 2014 before Hellbeats.
And there we see Chud and Pico. Darnell's design looks much more polished, and now he has a pupil in his X eye. He doesn't look like hes been in much battles, no cracks or any other feature that would've been the result of a battle. 0:36 No way, is that Sam fnf??????????? I see some other cool things on the wall as well. "sans was here" "vote whitty" and other casino signs. I just realized Darnell looks BALD under his fire, damn. I love these little details, Darnell pointing to the casino at 0:37 , and Pico saying "Yeah" or something right after.
MMMMM, we see Monster once again. His office is a total mess. He sounds.... stressed. I see that some of the things on his desk say "ITS NOT YOUR FAULT! AND OTHER LIES TO TELL YOURSELF", "NEW PLAGUE? ARE WE SCREWED?", "HAVE YOU SEEN HIM? NOW YOU HAVE", and "HOW TO FIX SHIT YOU SCREWED UP" I guess he's regretting starting the corruption, which I don't blame him. Speaking of blaming, he just blames Whitty for the corruption right after, dirty move.. Whitty's design is fire. I see he's got a crossbow, a target, a radio, a 'Whitty winds office' thing, and a picture of him, Hex, and Carol from presumably a century ago, aw. I could be wrong, but I think I see some corrupted eye outside Whitty's window at 0:58 . Could be some random light, though. Wow, and all Monster really cares about is winning votes in the election.
Now we are introduced to Nene. I really expected the opponent to be MM, I guess we got tricked. She seems disappointed that Pico and Darnell would fall to the corruption, like she expected more out of them.
Woah that background is insane. You really captured the feel of a casino. -i see that among us slot machine.......- I see some familiar characters in the background, MAT, Laze, lata, and *dyan*. Some characters are playing Uno at the table lol. Nene's design is amazing. Her outfit really fits the role of an assassin, scythe and all. She seems really happy, too. Like she isn't taking the situation seriously. Is that a dollar sign at the end of Nene's tail? Wow. Guess she loves that casino. Also Darnell and Pico's poses lmao, Chud goes snap snap. These icons look sick, now we get to see Pico and Darnell's fully corrupted icons. The song is SUPER upbeat, and I love it. Definitely fits how Nene is treating the situation. Her chromatic sounds interesting, like its the OG one but edited.
3:08 Wow. That's something. Nene literally thinks the corruption is a joke or something, unlike other characters that either freaked out, didn't notice, got more serious, or got concerned once a little bit of corruption got on them. And she doesn't even have that much of it on her. In Sacrilege, Pico and Darnell had a significant amount, in Amomos, Skid had a noticeable amount, and in Atonement, Pump had a noticeable amount on him as well. That's crazy. Something tells me that Nene is going to be tough to defeat. 3:58 DAMN she is pushing back on the health bar. Hmm, Pico's eye turns cyan on the losing icon, that must mean something. 4:00 Oh. Oh wow. There goes Pico. I just love the pure shock on Darnell's face, he looks at Pico, then slowly toward Nene. And that taunt from Nene at the end, wow. Hm, no other dev team member have gotten corrupted in the credits yet.
This episode has been AMAZING. All the little details that you added just made it even better.
About lore stuff, though. Considering Nene is an assassin, she's gonna be difficult to take down. Pico and Darnell are in a casino full of uncorrupted people. They could just demolish the two at any moment. The only way I can see Nene actually getting defeated is if some character sneaks up on her or something, or if an entire horde of corrupted people come in suddenly. I really like how Nene didn't even hold back here, unlike other characters in other corruption takes, like, she literally threw a knife at Pico's forehead, probably going through his skull. Hm, the A in Fallen Angels glowed red at the end. A is Pico's letter. My guess is that since his body didn't get destroyed, he can just regenerate. Who knows how long that'll take, though. It could be one episode, or he could stay like that for the entire week, and Darnell would have to be by himself. The red letter either means a character is dead (for now), injured, or unconscious, something similar to that.
Outstanding work to the entire team! I cannot wait for more of this week.

This episode was FUCKING AMAZING everything about it was great to the story and the music just a chefs kiss this mod never disappoints. I love the Nene design and animations. Everything is great.
Now for a quick little thing to point out some stuff it seems as Tabi and whitty are in this mod I assume as bonus songs or maybe part of main story maybe more whitty then Tabi but is seems that HB lemon is running for mayor or something against Whitty but with Nenes battle everything seems well till she throws that knife at Pico at the end his letter goes red this could mean either he’s dead or he’s heavily damaged and Nene is putting a strong fight against them both with is really interesting.
Judging by the books in Lemon Demon’s office, he can’t control his little corruption and it backfired greatly.
Pico is fucking dead.💀 In all seriousness though I like how Nene isn’t even phased when she gets slightly corrupted, she just brushed it off and killed pico. I also like how hellbeats lemon demon is using the corruption as a political advantage and not just because funny black goop go brrrrr. Also Nene seems to look like some sort of grim reaper design. The cutscene that plays is just gorgeous and it is clear the you and your team put a lot of effort into this series, you and the team deserve so much more subscribers. (Also love how when pico dies his letter becomes red, another great detail the FNF hellbeats corruption crew added to this fantastic series.) The setting is also really great too, never knew a casino could be the perfect location for this week. Can’t wait for the next part of the hellbeats corruption story.🙂

Am I the only one who wants Boyfriend to badly confront nene? Both of them cheated in one of the songs they did and sometimes clown around with their opponents. Like when pico had a monologue about killing boyfriend he said cool story bro, and then nene laughed at darnell and pico when they were 1/14 of corrupting her the way there. They would be perfect if they both fought, as they both use the same tactics.

@Paula Garcia actually if you see closely in bf vs the spooky kids(Devotion: Time -->1:45) yellow cracks start to appear when boyfriend gets angry, meaning the corruption is becoming unstable due to strong emotions

And he didn't get mad he only got annoyed and thus he only had to play dirty and had a sneer on his face for the rest of the battle

This is a really interesting introduction into Nene´s week. She is equipped with multiple weapons and managed to badly hurt (or even kill) Pico with the knife throw. I have a theory about what might happen during the week: IF Pico remains dead Darnell would probably beat the crap out of her for killing his friend if she does not kill him too. If Pico is not fully dead, he will probably be able to get himself back up with his angle powers since you could even see in the losing Icon that his eye was lighting in a blue tone, similar to Pumps and Skids eyes in Second Coming. And because the sould split in Devotion happened BEFORE the end of the day, Pumps letter did not turn red. If it would have happened after, it would have probably glowed red aswell as Picos letter now does. Also, in a very short frame when we can spot the letters, the E in ´Angels´ loses some light but then goes back to normal again, so the E is Nene´s letter. Also, now that the letters FAL N E S are discovered that leaves us with 6 more. Probably GF, DD, MM, Senpai/Spirit and as we could see, Tabi is canon but we dont know if he will be playing an important role in the story. Maybe Monster himself is one of the letters since he started all of this but isnt corrupted himself? We do not know yet. But we will soon find out

First off, why would Lemon Demon do Whitty like that in the cutscene? That’s just flat out rude.
Second off, the song was a banger, it really gave off a swinging feeling because the fight took place in a casino, which is a good detail. I also heard some of Pico’s vocals from Angel’s Grace.

the one thing about this mod that always get me to watch again is Corrupted BF having EXPRESSIONS for once! like he has an actual personality now and isn’t just an void of no emotion. In Pico’s week I did NOT expect BF to be like “cool story bro” after Pico’s monologue, it caught me off guard by a ton. BF being salty about losing to children also was hilarious, and now in this song, Darnell (I think that’s his name?) has an actual reaction to Pico just straight up dying. I also found the little finger snap that Darnell was doing to be a nice touch too. There’s just a ton of little things and absolute personality and charm put into every little thing; character animations, story, backgrounds, references, EVERYTHING!

Interesting detail, I just noticed that in Pico/Darnell's losing icon one of Pico's eyes shines blue, that brings up a lot of questions.
My guess so far is that blue eyes mean that the corrupted person has control of themself still. This is just a guess. But I've noticed the only corrupted with blue eyes are skid and pump. Could just be a design choice for the two, could actually mean that they can control their actions still (maybe gaining control or waking up in Pico's case?)
How come no one noticed that Lemon Demon literally has a book called "How to fix shit you screwed up"?

I really like Nene’s design here, reminds me of Jevil from Deltarune. I also really like this song because it fits so well with Nene being laid back and chill while destroying them. A little thing I noticed was near the end one of Pico’s eyes on his healthbar at the bottom was blue like the spooky kids. Wonder what’s happening there…
Another thing I noticed at 0:21 you can see corrupted hands, I'm guessing hbcbf, on the outside of the window That skid and pump are in, and judging by their sad faces he's managed to contain them. Maybe in his white van.

Ok, but that knife went INSIDE HIS SKULL, Pico (and presumably his corruption) is dead. We know that when a citizen of Hell dies, they will eventually respawn, but Pico is an angel that came from Heaven, so what happens now? That red letter doesn't look that good

Joke aside even though that wasn't a joke.. This episode is very good. I like how Nene just straight up stab pico out of nowhere, they didn't expect much from Nene. But the corruption may have other plans, could Pico transform into its angel form? Or Darnell? It could be dangerous but as far from i know. If only Nene aim precisely it could hit Pico Skeleton and maybe damage it brain. So i don't really know for sure how much energy Nene put to throw that knife, but that knife throw is pretty fast, so I'm sure Nene pulling out so much energy. A skeleton is hard to get through to brain i know that.
Aside from that, a corruption infects it host by spreading these black goo. So it mean the goo can protect its host skin. So I'm not sure if Pico is not dead yet, there's still hope Corrupted Pico stands. At this point i don't really care if the good one won, I'm really sick and tired seeing other corruption have its good one always failed
Especially Dyan, he can't even make a good timeline out of many timelines he made. FCR is rushed at this point.

If I’m comparing corruption takeover vs hellbeats corruption, takeover is more apocalyptic like setting it as a more horror scenario when it comes to the corrupted, hellbeats is more like “oh no people are turning into these weird creatures and we can also become like them, anyway” while I do like both of the mods takeover feels more end of the world like, more serious toned I mean.
That’s the point, this episode is mainly to show that no one is taking it seriously. The media says it’s not a threat, so no one is seeing it as one even though they really should. Though I will say the tone will change pretty drastically at a certain point. We’re trying to keep to the general idea of fnf where it’s all a game of memes and jokes, but with a little more of an intense storyline.

It really looked like the series had the way carved out to only go up. But it's a shame that drama happened and made the series plummet into an end.

The corruption for Nene didn't even progress at all. Her losing icon didn't even have any corruption on it.

I ask this because, otherwise, it wouldn't make much sense for Nene to carry a scythe when her specialty is knives, also that would explain why, being Pico and Darnell a union of two very powerful corrupts, Nene could beat them so easily, that their weapons strong enough to penetrate a corrupt like Pico and the fact that he looks like that
she also uses cleavers i guess it's a natural progression of her character when she becomes a demon (from knives and cleavers to bigger heads) in addition to being based on the grim reaper for her demon form which is farther explenation

one of the best corruption mods, only the original corruption is higher. It's plentiful that the mod was canceled, one way or another, the situation is clear to me, we will wait for the outcome of this story
