@Tashi Gamer well i have been watching anime for a few years, i watch mostly anything as long as either plot or characters are interesting for me. as for recomendation, well i dont think my answer will be very different as what you usually would get from anybody else. i would recomend clannad and plastic memories if you havent seen them yet. as for a more personal one, even tho it also have a little sci-fi on it, i recomend saikano, old, but if you get past that it is a really sad one. theres also your lie in april wich is a classic, and of course anohana. nagi no asukara is also a good one, at least in my opinion, althout is not that sad it does have that feeling. and about anime with good endings, well i havent found yet an anime with an ending as good as code geass. parasyte has a decent ending, not of my liking but its not bad per se. the monogatari series is in my personal opinion one of the best out there, tho it is a very long onei mean the whole series not only the season with that namedefinetly not an anime that everybody likes, but a masterpiece for me. right now nothing else comes to mind really, but i hope you find some of then of your liking.

I love this video so much. It has awesome variety considering it's not just songs that are in every single video. I loved it when I first watched it because Show by Rock my all time favourite anime is in it and I love it more now that I have discovered Fushigi Yuugi/Mysterious Play. This video is perfect for when I need background noise and I'm just glad it exists. It's the best Anime OP Quiz out there.
This no longer feels like a test, but more of a memorabilia. I love it because it brings me back to the first animes I watched when I was younger. It also tells people just how many animes they have heard of and actually know that makes this interesting. Again, I love this!

Difficulties are mostly based on popularity, because you're more likely to get the answer if you've actually seen the anime, so something more obscure will be harder, while something like SAO will always be very easy, so it probably just means you watch more obscure anime, and that's fine.
After a few weeks, I finally finished the video with a 101/1000. Got over 100 thanks to Mob Psycho 100. The only impossible I got was Ghost Stories at 854 thanks to its abridged-like dub haha.

Unfortunately, there're still SO MANY anime that thie test didn't include. Almost noone gives opening from “kiddy“ animes such as Endro or Etotama… *sigh*
FINALLY after a week of procrastinating on this, I finished this 5 hour long anime opening quiz with a score of 36/1000. For me, its actually pretty good, considering most of this quiz was comprised of impossibles. I also have a VERY long list of anime I've taken from this quiz and added to my watch list. Lastly, I'm so sad that one of my favorite openings wasn't on here (I might have forgotten if it was though) The opening for Amagi Brilliant Park is amazing and I don't think it was included. But Amagi Brilliant Park is so rare that I've only seen it on one opening quiz.

Could someone help me find an anime from years ago? I can't remember much, but here it is: 1- The main character is a regular schoolgirl who, while walking home from school one day is forced to go into a store (which sudenly appeared in front of her, at her sides, and at her back, so she wasn't able to walk away). In that store, she gets a mug/cup which turns out to be the home of a little chibi creature with magic powers. 2- The chibi creature has a tambourine, which is what he uses to use magic. He comes from a world/universe/dimension where every one of his kind has a magical instrument. I also think his world is/was under attack, and he wants the girl to help him, but I'm not sure. 3- The girl's crush and classmate also ends up with a mug, and a female chibi, whose instrument is probably a flute. 4- Another female classmate gets a mug too, and she and the main character don't get along. 5- It is set in a regular city, with regular people. There aren't other people openly using magic, if I remember correctly, so everyone who has a chibi creature keeps them hidden.
Shugo Chara!, Kiniro no Corda: Primo Passo, Moetan, and Yami to Boushi to Hon no Tabibito. Do any of those sound right? I only quickly read summaries of these anime and felt like any of them could have been what you were talking about, if not, at least I tried. It would be easier to find if you knew what genres it was, like School, Magic, Romance or something like that.

I have learned with this that I recognize a lot of OPs, but unless I geeked out on it I will never link it to it's anime. I was hampered by not watching a lot of the long popular shounen shows. VE - 13, E - 19, M - 12, H - 13, VH - 10, Impossible - 27 for a total of 94 of 1000 anime I easily linked the OP to the show. Bunch of stuff I never watched, and a bunch that I just never paid attention to the OP, so that is 94 shows I cared more about than the others. Chops for including Planetes, Rekka, Nadia, Witch Hunter Robin, and Macross Frontier. I know ALL the Macross OPs. If you learn two kanjis per opening, you could read the newspaper at the end of the quizz
There's still the problem of different order and that one kanji / kana could have more than one meaning.

@Tashi Gamer well i have been watching anime for a few years, i watch mostly anything as long as either plot or characters are interesting for me. as for recomendation, well i dont think my answer will be very different as what you usually would get from anybody else. i would recomend clannad and plastic memories if you havent seen them yet. as for a more personal one, even tho it also have a little sci-fi on it, i recomend saikano, old, but if you get past that it is a really sad one. theres also your lie in april wich is a classic, and of course anohana. nagi no asukara is also a good one, at least in my opinion, althout is not that sad it does have that feeling. and about anime with good endings, well i havent found yet an anime with an ending as good as code geass. parasyte has a decent ending, not of my liking but its not bad per se. the monogatari series is in my personal opinion one of the best out there, tho it is a very long onei mean the whole series not only the season with that namedefinetly not an anime that everybody likes, but a masterpiece for me. right now nothing else comes to mind really, but i hope you find some of then of your liking.

I love this video so much. It has awesome variety considering it's not just songs that are in every single video. I loved it when I first watched it because Show by Rock my all time favourite anime is in it and I love it more now that I have discovered Fushigi Yuugi/Mysterious Play. Difficulties are mostly based on popularity, because you're more likely to get the answer if you've actually seen the anime, so something more obscure will be harder, while something like SAO will always be very easy, so it probably just means you watch more obscure anime, and that's fine.

FINALLY after a week of procrastinating on this, I finished this 5 hour long anime opening quiz with a score of 36/1000. For me, its actually pretty good, considering most of this quiz was comprised of impossibles. I also have a VERY long list of anime I've taken from this quiz and added to my watch list.

In that store, she gets a mug/cup which turns out to be the home of a little chibi creature with magic powers.
2- The chibi creature has a tambourine, which is what he uses to use magic. He comes from a world/universe/dimension where every one of his kind has a magical instrument. I also think his world is/was under attack, and he wants the girl to help him, but I'm not sure.
3- The girl's crush and classmate also ends up with a mug, and a female chibi, whose instrument is probably a flute.
4- Another female classmate gets a mug too, and she and the main character don't get along.
5- It is set in a regular city, with regular people. There aren't other people openly using magic, if I remember correctly, so everyone who has a chibi creature keeps them hidden.

I only quickly read summaries of these anime and felt like any of them could have been what you were talking about, if not, at least I tried. It would be easier to find if you knew what genres it was, like School, Magic, Romance or something like that.

I have learned with this that I recognize a lot of OPs, but unless I geeked out on it I will never link it to it's anime. I was hampered by not watching a lot of the long popular shounen shows.
VE - 13, E - 19, M - 12, H - 13, VH - 10, Impossible - 27 for a total of 94 of 1000 anime I easily linked the OP to the show.
Bunch of stuff I never watched, and a bunch that I just never paid attention to the OP, so that is 94 shows I cared more about than the others.
