Honestly after seeing so many OMG DON'T RUIN YOUR ACCOUNT kind of guides it's nice to see this. It's a PvE game and only thing it will do is to slow your account for some time, it's not the end of the world. And I'm going to assume (mostly by playing Arknights, which has similar kind of progression) longer game goes, it will be easier to get resources.
arknights progress from elite0 to elite2 is more shorter and not that much grind,gameplay wise Since yeah imagine the resource were 3x,while not having any auto battle or mutiply reward,i don't think i could e2 2-3 operators a week
@@radhit723You really cant considering arknights mats also has dates difference lel. I had to rely mostly on event shop instead of grinding whenever i make a new acc haha- (Cant last in arknights cuz I keep falling asleep while grinding)

Now you have green certs, more efficient stages which is why I feel it will get easier. And I agree it's shorter but in R1999 you can focus on carry, while AK has whole team.

no, its not. get top 6 characters to i2 lvl50 and then get i3's for your carries. after that theres literally no way to mess up since theres nothing else to use your stamina on (except events)
EXACTLY!!!! My supports are i2 lv 50 and my carry’s are i3, I have Eternity in 1 team and 3 characters in other for limbo, and i do everything! The carry’s have to carry’s, for this, they have to be in maximum!
the stat differences between i3 lvl 1 and i3 lvl 30 is pretty small, and no content in the game really needs that power lvl difference. the point of i3 *right now* is to unlock the i3 bonuses specific to each character. eventually, of course u will level up characters that are already i3, but the whole point of asking if it "ruins" your account is to ask if u were inefficient at managing ur resources and judging effort-to-power gains
I don't think my account is ruined, also I think I finished main story mode in likeee 1 week I guess. Now it's just limbo mode but even then I'm not that invested in completing limbo mode in 100% progression efficiency.
i’m just using the characters i like the most and levelling them as the levels get harder :) i’m mostly levelling them for the garments aha, plus if they fit a certain team comp better then that’s a plus too !:)

I have the following: Level 27 Account: P3 Charlie, A Knight, An-an Lee, Regulus, Bkornblume, Dikke Level 19 Account: Centurion, Voyager, Regulus, Bkornblume, Balloon Party, Melania Level 11 Account: An-an Lee, P0 Charlie, Eternity, Bkornblume, Balloon Party I'm leaning more on the level 27 account because it's easier and cheaper to invest on P3 Charlie than the 6* characters and it is proven that she can keep up or even deal more damage than the other 6* DPS units, but if you think otherwise, then please let me know the reason why. Thank you!

This ain’t my first gacha, so I’m so afraid of leveling up, I only raise level when I get stuck on a fight I can’t win. The Melania event, though, raised me to 2 i2’s. Iverson on arduous was a little hard with just those. I imagine cris will force me level up more, lol. I’m on chapter 3 in the regular story, btw.

I only have 2 I3 characters, Melania and Eternity. 4 others are I2 max level. I guess it's just preferences for now since i think I2 is a very good point to stop at. If pickles isn't coming out so soon, id just grinded for more I3 materials.
For now I2 lvl 50 reso 8-9 is better than to I3 units. Gives more stats and waaaaaaayyyy cheaper can finish any current contents.. tho some units shines when they reach I3 like charlie and Eternity .
My account isn't "ruined" as the game is still young, but im definitely hard stuck with progression since I spread myself too thin. "Gameplay" for me rn, is sit and wait for something to happen. I'll still do my daily check ins, but I doubt I'll be able to actively do anything until next event or Limbo reset. There aren't enough resources, especially the resonance crystals, to go around. It'll be a long while before i can get any i3s or bring up my resonance levels.
i thought i was a whale apparently not. lvl 48 50% exp . many people are 50.. i started 2 days after launch. 10 insight 3 but low reso.. i can finish limbo but the last stage is tricky coz i have low reso. i am farming the event first then i can raise the reso of those 10 to 10. i build 3 chars per afflatus. and that damn a knight p3. . ..i dont think my account is broken .. but i did messed up in psychube department they are not maxed.. coz i focused on insight so much.
I built only 4 characters - Eternity I3, lv20, R10, Brave New World lv50; An-an Lee I2, lv50, R9, Brave New World lv50; Sotheby I2, lv50, R9, That Inquisitive Dear lv45; Balloon Party I2, lv40, R7, Laughter and Laughter lv40 - and I was able to finish every content, 100%. Now, I'll be farming, slowly, Sotheby's I3, while I wait new content.

I3 Melania and Eternity on one account. Melania and Charlie in another. Cleared all of Limbo with full stars I got lucky and pulled Druvis on both on off banner 50/50 when pulling for Sotheby.
For actual F2P, I suggest you consider WHICH units to I3 CAREFULLY. Do NOT do it like volk and just I3 whichever unit you like just DO NOT do that, it aint worth it. It takes bout 2~ months to actually farm up mats and resources to I3 a single 6 star, so that means if you I3 your "starter squad" like volk did (3 was it?) then that is SIX months of grinding GONE with the wind. Make sure to consider CAREFULLY imho Charlie and Lilya are the prime targets for I3 if you have them then please do, you wont regret it. THEN Voyager, Eternity, Centurion and Sotheby should be considered BUT only if you have spare resources. The rest of them? Nahhh just dont do it save up for Tooth Fairy and Changeling or even Black Dwarf further down the line. It is just NOT a smart idea to instantly I3 all your 6 stars like volk did at all period, regardless of how "good" you think they are.
yup that’s exactly my thought too. Just one slight thing to consider, 6 mths is if u don’t factor in resources from events. Based on the events, they’re extremely generous especially if it’s the 6star on the current banner. So if we consider this, i wouldn’t say it’s that long to get i6
6 months with no events and horrible luck, I have been playing for 2 weeks and got materials to Insight III and other 4 characters at Insight II level 40 (and I also cleared limbo)
You're confusing I3 level 1 with I3 level 60 using that time scale, since the last half of the grind is those 59 levels - a scale that also ignores all events, which is the backbone of any gacha game. While it's true that you should be careful with *who* you I3 first, it's much less of a problem than the EN crowd makes it out to be since doing a little bit of reasoning can fix your needs long term. For instance, picking your DPS units so they're of opposite alignments - and ideally also mental and reality respectively - (eg. Lilya + Melania) means you will never have a bad alignment match-up in terms of your DPS, your most important unit. This is also where two of the upcoming DPS units neatly fit: Changeling is Plant + Reality and Black Dwarf is Mineral + Mental, meaning that you can plan your summons already. Conversely, you can skimp out on supports a little bit, since Bette is great for Eternity, the Twins are great for Lilya + Regulus and Leilani is great for Melania's ult cycle. IMO, the real resource trap is resonating too many units early - despite the allure of stat gains - because the units you want to I3 anyway gain more utility than a little bit of stats can make up for and resonance eats up a lot of I3 resources. The most underrated of these is probably Bkorn because all of her buffs will be permanently active in the poison team, including her 20% damage reduction from I3.
Why would it tho, Power is power. its a Pve game, Its all about progression. Plus there is nothing strong enough to beat your characters once they're at insight 3. All the characters i like is going to 3 once i get a chance. Enjoy everyone.
In my opinion, its character dependent on what I3 provides. For example bkornblume (my main) only has dmg taken -20% if attacked by enemies with debuff for I3 while eternity receives dmg taken -25% and bonus dmg +25% (after 5 rounds) for I3. In my case, bkorn is better off I2L50R10 while eternity is I3L10R7.
Centurion is a solid option that i would encourage everybody to get to I3 (if possible) because she can damn near hard-carry most content with I3 and 'His Bounden Duty' at a decent Resonate level.
It's very hard to ruin your account. The only way you can mess up your progression is by investing in too many units. Stick to two main teams and no more than 9/10 characters. Accounts in CN are basically bricked because they were progressing normally and spread their units too thin. You will not get enough resonate mats and you need to decide who you want to invest in. Content in this game may be easy right now, but the difficulty scales up really fast in later versions which is slightly scary for more casual players.
Agree.. i myself love to hoard stuff.. i never use any item other than picasma candy. I don’t even open mybfree psychubes box and i’m still doing fine.
If that's True then don't believe him. Cent Insight III will make her have Lifesteal everytime she attacks. Even prydwen said Cent can solo like Eternity If she is Insight III. That's how powerful cent really is.

You should always look at the events and decide who you're going to i3. For example next event is give Centurion and Charlie materials to i3 but since its 21 days away ill farm for Centurions i3 since shes shes my 2nd dps but ill wait on the event to i3 charlie
Not at all. He will a great damage dealer after he gets a psychube that releases in Patch 1.4 that boosts his damage by up to 24% at Amp5 (12% at Amp 1) And if he doesnt have afflatus advantage or disadvantage, it gains another 12% or 8% at Amp1

The point of Insight 3 is also to level up the character, which you do not mention. taking your main DMG dealer to I3 lvl 25-30 is also a possibility

Lvl 34 - I got 6 units to I2 lvl 50 with r10 for my 2dps and r7 for the rest... feel like that's a much better progression path than pushing I3

Accounts in CN are basically bricked because they were progressing normally and spread their units too thin. You will not get enough resonate mats and you need to decide who you want to invest in. Content in this game may be easy right now, but the difficulty scales up really fast in later versions which is slightly scary for more casual players.

You should always look at the events and decide who you're going to i3. For example next event is give Centurion and Charlie materials to i3 but since its 21 days away ill farm for Centurions i3 since shes shes my 2nd dps but ill wait on the event to i3 charlie
