Sony will continue to have their bastard name on future Spider-Man movies but this re-re-booted version of Spider-Man will appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

At maximum, the amount that was spent for TASM 2 is around $445 million. Given that the film made $709 million at the box office, subtracting all the costs from that leaves you with $264 million, and that's before people take their cuts for the film (director, producers, actors, etc.) which ultimately only had Sony gain a profit of roughly $60 million by the time everything was said and done, from that immense production and marketing budget of $445 million, which is more than half of the box office intake. That's a financial failure. Not to mention the Sony execs in their emails stated that they NEEDED TASM 2 to be a billion-dollar movie.

Wouldn‘t surprise me to much if Batman had some kind of technology that can measure the timelines and deviations from it
At point blank range, the bullet would reach Batman before Superman could reach the bullet, because the only thing that would indicate that Spidey shot the gun is the muzzle flash, and even though light is faster than sound (and a bullet is faster than sound), at point blank range, that difference is negligible.
Superman still needs to accelerate/gather the energy needed to reach the bullet fast enough, but at point blank range, the bullet would reach Batman.

The two The Amazing Spider-Man films have some pretty awesome Deleted Scenes that it's baffling why they were cut as they would've improved character development and the story.

Brandon Anderson Exactly, the son was completely cut from the movie. Knowing that Dr Connors has a son makes it more understandable why he would want his arm back so bad, as he would be able to hug his son properly and be a normal father.
The didn't add this scene to the movie because 1. It didn't entirely make sense and 2. The viewers would have thought that he was a terrible father and hate him and that was something the directors didn't need to have
