nice presentation as always sir Chad! Love the honesty there at the start of the video! keep it up idol!
Honest review lang sa bahay mismo, I just don't feel that it gives us the bang for the bucks. Parang hindi sulit for 4.3M. Considering the fact na medyo malayo sa city proper/Manila, Bungalow, or maliit siya for 4.3M.. but that's just for me ha. With the same amount kasi I think makakabili narin ng up and down units even from Phirst itself.
Anyway, thanks for the video sir Chad! Wala ka bang mga around Calamba dyan idol? salamat!

Thank you for your opinion po. Yes to be honest with you medyo over price. Actually yung inner unit nila na Brenna na 99sqm lang ang lote nasa 3.1M lang ang price. Kaya lang nunh June 2020 naubos na. Because of the VAT kaya daw umabot ng 4.3M ang price. But I think kahit alis ang VAT na 12%. Mataas parin. Yung 99sqm na 3.1M medyo pwede pa sanang iconsider.
