Lol you really think you know what you talking about. 😂 Liverpool has been using majority of the squad for more than 3 seasons. Van Djk, Alison, Salah, Robertson, Trent are players who have won the League and Champions League. Of course any good manager can continue to win.
@@FirstBorn__ no it's actually called being a good manager. Identify your squad strengths and work with it till you can slowly implement your playing style with new players over a period of time. It's obvious he will have known that PSR would stop them purchasing players to fit his style so why be so rigid. Good coaches are flexible, Amorim is not and that's why he will never be a world class manager like Pep, Klopp or Ferguson
Darragh MacAnthony, according to Wiki, is a Liverpool FC supporter: I don't think think he was too out of order. If Amorim is supported he may turn out to be the best manager MUFC have had for a long while. However, it will take a few spins of the transfer market wheel to get the players he wants out -out, and the players he wants in-in. And selling Utd as a destination of choice for world-class 'ballers is going to be a hard one if they're not in the Champions League or even in the Europa. In the meantime, LFC, the Gooners, Citeh, Chelsea and arguably Villa with squads brimming with talent are only going to get better in the next few years.
4:50 Amorim more successful than Rashford in his career is a clanger - surprised no one pushed back on that claim. If Amorim was successful he would’ve played for bigger clubs than Belenenses, Benfica, Braga, and Al-Wakrah
Crook hating the fact Rashford might go to Villa and play good 😂 while Man U are trying to stay afloat and will probably still talk about Rashford after ever loss regardless lol
"Look at Jadon Sancho". Guy has reverted to type. 1 goal contribution in his last 10, hooked 5 mins after half time last night before his team turned things around from a losing position
It’s about “my style of football”; that’s what has been the problem with these players at ZMANU. It’s about their playing style. That’s what that made managers fail at MANU
Glasner is a great manager. He improved palace and there players instantly. Amorin is the Portuguese Gary Russel. Both did well in a weak league but are not tactically astute enough to change formations. Again. It's almost as if West Ham knew this when they turned him down
So much hatred at United . Rashford would have to wait another season for United to maybe get to Champions league 3 yrs most likely then he would have finished his contract. At Villa he is in with Champions 8:00 League and 8:00 Cups . United FACup and Europa league. Anthony already playing better. United has a big problem destroying player's and coaches. Uniteds chances of winning anything have tumbled with the loss of the reliable Martinez. Little or no chance of success now.
They have all been proven winners. Van Gaal, Ten Hag, Jose Mourinho etc. Amorin is having to much praise put on him. Most managers that take over at a new club at least get a little boost in results. Amorin has gone backwards
We all accept United are a poor side and to be honest they've been average at best for the last ten years. However, during that period, they've been out of the top six once, finishing runners up twice to a very good Man City side. Won the Europa league, won two FA cups, won two league cups and been finalist in another Europa and FA cup final. For most other clubs this will be their greatest period in history. It just shows how far they have fallen.
Any league is hard to win..yes the opponents in the league are short of resources..but then so are you yourself.... He had to depend on a striker he purchased from Coventry City..so that indicates that even though a top 3 club of Portuguese league they were still struggling to buy reputed players..!
He played CL with that same team dude, against best of all leagues and he did freaking well. If it was so easy why didnt Sporting win for 19 years before he came? Benfica is a great team and they beat them to the league twice and 4 other domestic trophies in Ruben's tenure...What you must understand is yes PL is the best league because of the money and status of the clubs and all is competitive, but the quality of football in the other leagues dude, is something else. Those guys are hungry unlike the PL boys only do it for media and money.
Rashford could not play in Amorim’s style and he didn’t want to try it. He threw his teddy out and now he is at AV. There is nothing more to it. United have to hang on until next season. Amorim needs to get rid of 5 players and then buy 6 more in the summer.
If Rashford's character was dubious and as despicable as Amorim has stated and these two believe, why on earth would a Manager like Emery accept, and from what I read, push for a player of low effort and bad attitude. Is Emery Stupid? I am amazed at the love fest and the adulation these two pour on Amorim. It seems no end to the excuses and pass the Portuguese gets from Fans and Media. I see little difference , outside of personality, between Amorim and Ten Hag. And if you judge from results Amorim is 4-1-7 with this club in the PREM, which by his own admission is worst than Ten Hag , with the same group of players. And to make a statement that if the club backs him, he will be a success.....well which Manager can you named that would not be successful if their Clubs back them. The facts are, Ruben Amorim was a successful manager in Portugal, abandoned his team after this season started, took his coaching staff with him, came to Manchester United and is 4-1-7 in the league since his arrival. That's factual. Where the suggestion he's going to be great is coming from is certainly not based on evidence. Heck Moyes takes over Everton and gets an immediate positive reaction from that squad. Ole came into United 6 years ago and won 14 of 16. Emery can into Villa and got them sorted out quickly, so I don't see any evidence of the greatness Amorim is going to be achieving at United. What I see is a Manager who's system and formation is ill suited to the team he is responsible for but even then we see the blame for that is on the players for now being able to "get it".
Amorim is only good in Portugal League. Not in Premier League. Till now, he can't motivate United players. Look at Everton, Forest, Bournemouth doing well in the league with New managers.
Come on Jim White. He should at least improve at Villa. Cause if not Darragh is right, how would Rashford recover, how would Manchester United recover. I mean his last big contribution to Manchester United was after the 2022 World Cup. After, not before, after. Before that World Cup he was Average. After that he contributed a lot. Hence the increase in wages and the new contract. A staggering 350K a week. And after that season? After that short stint? From the start of 2023-24 up to now? How was he as Manchester United player? If you sum up all the contributions in that period l, it’s only a 45 second reel in UA-cam! I’m a huge fan of Rashford. I still believe he can recover. He needs this transfer but the least he can do is improve at Villa. He needs to. So that if he comes back, his confidence will be back and Amorin might believe in him or if the club really wants him sold, he could be sold at least 60M. Not 40M. He’s the only player in his prime who’s earning 350K a week to be sold for 40M. There’s no other. If you are earning that much you should play like Salah. And you should be sold at least 90M.
Villa is not far enough away for Rashford to change , he will stay in his same circles he will be straight on the M6 every night burning his candles.. if he had gone abroad he would stand a chance at change ..
I don't get this "this is Man Utd". They had a great quarter of a century under Ferguson but before that they were just one of a number of big English clubs and while they can argue they are the most successful English club, should Liverpool win the Premier this season, they definitely won't be. Quite a few football people and fans on the continent see Liverpool as the greatest English football club. I've lived and worked in several European countries over the last 40 years and Man Utd aren't seen in the same light over here as the UK mainstream media portray them.
Proven winner? I can’t see it, sorry! He’s playing experimental football at man Utd’s expense! Where’s the accountability that he asked from players? How about him? It’s his job to WIN at all cost regardless of 3-4-3 or 4-3-3 or 5-4-1.. who the F care? Sack him for toying with the club’s future
@mikelee8036 "It’s his job to WIN at all cost" that right there tells us everything. Don't be frustrated because of a poor season, we were just as poor last season playing 4-2-3-1. We finished eight with a negative goal difference. The problem is not the formation, the problem is the players' mentality and culture at the club, Step by step, together with Amorim, we are fixing that first - the results will come. It's this "we want a quick fix" mentality that got us here in the first place - success takes time
@ You are missing the point. The point is this club has needed "open heart surgery" for years now as Ragnick put it. We've been covering up the cracks for years, now we are taking a different approach - mow the lawn, uproot the weeds, sow good seed, watch it grow, maintain for years to come. If you don't get it, forget about it
@adamismael1119 Arteta was appointed at the end of December 19/20. In the remaining 22 games he managed that season, he lost 6 games. Amorim was appointed at the end of November. In the 13 games he managed, he already lost 7 games. Arteta inherited one of the worst squads Arsenal ever head. Amorim inherited a squad that finished 3rd only 2 years ago.
@Qlicky pushing your own narrative without even reading my comment properly! Arterta was 15th the second season after roughly 15 games, is that a lie??? Arterta inherited a team that finished 6th the previous season, amorim inherited a team that finished 8th which by all metrics and stats should have finished 13th, by all metrics!!!!!!! This is factual. You wanna take about 2 seasons ago! Amorim plays a completely different system with wing backs. Arterta system is somewhat similar to the previous manager who plays a variant of 433! U say arterta inherited one of the worst arsenal sides?? what is that supposed to me?? Amorim inherited the worst utd team I've ever seen, and I'm 40 years old. Been the worst team is only relative to team in the league that season. Going into the season utd was predicted to finish 5th by most bookies and arsenal that first season when mikel took over was predicted to finish 5th by most if not all the big bookies. Google it!!! So your argument falls flat.
@ It was you who brought up only a part of a season to bring your point across, so I used the same metric. And no, it wasn't a lie nor did I say It was, Arsenal were indeed 15th after 15 games in his first full season at Arsenal. In defense he inherited Kolasinac, Mustafi, Papastathopoulos, Holding, Chambers, Luiz, Maitland Niles, Holding, Pablo Mari... If you think that defense is anything similar in quality to what United have now then I don't know what to tell you. As for your formation remarks, nobody cares. You play the system that is suitable for the players you have at your disposal. You can't play attacking football if your attackers are sh**te. I mean you can, but it wont look pretty. Arteta also played a different system before he got the players he wanted. Bookies had Arsenal finishing 5th when they finished 2nd too. But nobody calls it over-achievement which it was. Everybody calls it a bottle as apparently they should have won the league when nobody thought they would even finish 4th. Funny how that works, eh? But let me ask you this. What if Amorim gets all the players he wants for his system and it still doesn't work? You will be left with a squad suited for a system that almost nobody plays. So it's Ten Hag scenario all over again.
@Qlicky eth was given lots of money and was given time. If amorim is given money and time then he is no better then eth and that goes for any manager. Not rocket science. What you talking about? How's that different to any other team or manager??? How many managers did Liverpool have before klopp??? Was that the same cycle for them?? Acting like this is unique to utd. Disagree with a bunch of stuff you stated. For one, you just ranted on about arsenal defence, but failed to mention the rest of the team! Like 11 players don't play on the pitch, so let me do what you done. Utd have players like antony, lidolf, onana, hojlund.... you telling me you didn't have better??? Antony makes pepe look good. Also ofcourse we gotta go of metrics that big bookies predicted because that actually reflects the quality or ability of the team you have at that moment. Otherwise, we could sit here and argue back and forth, who's worst all day without getting anywhere. Teams can overachieve in any one given season, or they can become a powerhouse or a good team when they click. Some mid teams become good and click, and that's when they become a good team. (People called arsenal bottlers) even doh I don't really use them terms, people called them that because they had a significant lead going into the running and didn't cross the line and win the league. Also, the people I heard it from called arsenal bottle jobs the season they finished second for the second time, not the first time. Arsenal was also predicted to finish second that season, so I don't agree with your premise about people calling them bottle jobs the first season. Now you can argue you did, but that's a vague statement cause I never heard anyone respectable say that. Now, to your last question, if amorim flops do utd have to rip it all up. Well, that all depends on who they bring in after. Do they bring in someone that plays the same formation or not. Also, what's more important is the talent I'd, even if a manager who plays 433 comes in, you might just need a couple new players, some wingbacks can also play full backs it depends. Utd players in general are poor, they lack athletes and are not that good technically. But anyways, that's the risk you take with getting a manager anyway, u back him and take that gameble. It's football, arsenal been mid since wenger left and have been revived after 20 years. Liverpool was mid for 30 years. It is what it is.

you need to clean your ears out , he mentioned buy a few players in the summer not currently
@@RandomVideosFirst so if he buys a few players he’s challenging for the title next season? 🤨🤯😂🏆
@Valerisdona Losing to sides like Palace and Brighton consistently shows they’re years away from challenging and theres no guarantee Amorim can turn if around. His jobs also made a lot harder by the huge debt which means he probably won’t be getting any top players any time soon.
Amorim is a joker, all he knows is 343 . He cant adapt, he is getting found out. Even though united are dirt he should be doing better
I guess all managers are jokers then esp. Ancelotti who only knows 4-2-3-1
You are a fool
I was saying this earlier. The best managers change the system to suit the players they have.😊
Man u going for league titel next season jokers
Just remember Rashford's attitude for the last 18 months. Trips to Belfast and New York that were lambasted by everyone. Every time he wore the jersey, his attitude stank the place out. Fans wouldn't mind if he put the effort in. If he does well at Villa, that means he had the ability but couldn't be arsed!
All 3 are clowns 🤡 😅😂
Threat to Liverpool??? Hahaha lol you absolute wally 😅😅😅😅
I remember Liverpool fans laughing at the idea of their team being knocked of their perch. How did that turn out? 😀
@kevingallagher1638 when did you last win the champions league? When did you last challenge for the title? When was you not the banter club 😂
@Valerisdonamate you have won 1 league inn30odd years we have won more that you in your lifetime you 🤡 what you talking about 😂😂 have you ever been to Liverpool anyway??? I don’t think so you 🤡
Darragh Manchester United a threat
Injoy pain LFC 💯💯🤣🤣🤣
As a trucker i spend far too much time on the m6,trust me that rashford will be bored of the travelling very very quickly! It's going to add at least 4 hrs to his day, every day!
@chriscarter9638
Late for training, late for meetings - here we go again. Villa should force him to move closer if he misbehaves
He could get a property there.
@glemonsbhatkin514 he's said he's travelling but makes more sense to get a place there too! I think he can afford it!
So glad to see the back of Rashford. Really hope he does well and finds suitors in the summer. I love you man, but enough is enough
Wow this was really spot on well done to the 2 guys actually talking sense
Not a Villa fan, Man U are a bigger club but yes it’s an upgrade. Better manager, better team, in CL.
What has Amorim achieved in the Premier League? Which manager gets this pass, window what what. West Ham has a new coach, is he safe for the next 3 windows? Slot is a new manager, is he fighting his team with a system they are not familiar with?
What are you waffling about 70 percent of these liverpool players won the league with klopp
Lol you really think you know what you talking about. 😂
Liverpool has been using majority of the squad for more than 3 seasons.
Jason sancho 2 goals 4 assist is still better than what he was doing at united 😂😂 crooky you walked into that 1
go back to sleep jim😮😮
What about The Posh Darragh ?
4:50 Amorim more successful than Rashford in his career is a clanger - surprised no one pushed back on that claim.
If Amorim was successful he would’ve played for bigger clubs than Belenenses, Benfica, Braga, and Al-Wakrah
He’s talking about him as a manager you moron
United are as close to relegation as they are the champions league
No chance never they going for the league next season
Rashford is still the 3rd top goal scorer for the Mankers.
He'll smash it at Villa.
When Ruben gets his players in the prem will know about it !
Well said! Yanited for Conference League glory in 2050!
Lol 😅😅😅😅😅 utter nonsense
😂😂😂 @NickSmith-y2h
Crook hating the fact Rashford might go to Villa and play good 😂 while Man U are trying to stay afloat and will probably still talk about Rashford after ever loss regardless lol
Manutd will never be a threat again
Speak darragh SPEAKKK
The guest was speaking sense until he mentioned they can be a threat to Liverpool
Love the Pundit in the black shirt.
Jim white wasn’t ready for that view 😂
Glasner is a great manager. He improved palace and there players instantly. Amorin is the Portuguese Gary Russel. Both did well in a weak league but are not tactically astute enough to change formations. Again. It's almost as if West Ham knew this when they turned him down
Rooney and gary even called rashy out
Jim stating Sancho moving to bigger brighter things...2 goal in 18 got Jims lips shut quickly
How does Darragh dare make sense and spit facts?
Villa are absolutely a step up for rashford at this moment in time
Who is Darragh? I like what he says, he should be on here a lot more. Mind my ignorance for not knowing him.
2:06 He's not been there 5 minutes
What does he mean chose where to play? He's at the only club who would take him.
Rashford is Gabby's love child, lol.
Proper manager??? Who the is wally talking rubbish 😂
I think Rashy is just confused about his future....and he's going to have more pressure on his shoulders if he doesn't score up to 10goalss for villa
Rashford already looking how to destabilise the Villa dressing room
What a stupid comment.
The board will back Slot, and nothing Amorin is going to do.
Amorin is a phoney
Only thing that is phoney is you mate..
Not hard to win in Portugal only 2 decent teams
Not hard to win the Premier League in recent seasons. Only 1/2 decent teams.
If he hasn’t done it for Man U can’t seem him doing it for any other club
Rashford could not play in Amorim’s style and he didn’t want to try it. He threw his teddy out and now he is at AV. There is nothing more to it. United have to hang on until next season. Amorim needs to get rid of 5 players and then buy 6 more in the summer.
Rashford looks unwell and like hes been on it.
Man U is way more bigger than Aston villa till thy kingdom come
The reason United are not in the top half that’s down to VAR
Amorim is only good in Portugal League. Not in Premier League. Till now, he can't motivate United players. Look at Everton, Forest, Bournemouth doing well in the league with New managers.
Sides wolves Southampton Everton Amorim is the newest manager in the league. Everyone you mentioned has been there over a year.
I hope he does well but the boy seemed likehe just woke up frombeing sedated and didnt look excited come on Marcus
That is the Rashford of the last 2 years.. so hope he does well at Villa coz does not seem like he changed
No way Rashford makes the England squad this year..
Talksport studio slowly morphing into Sky Sports News. Jim back in his element
Villa is not far enough away for Rashford to change , he will stay in his same circles he will be straight on the M6 every night burning his candles.. if he had gone abroad he would stand a chance at change ..
So do T.Hag and Big Ange is a winner.
@mikelee8036
"It’s his job to WIN at all cost" that right there tells us everything. It's this "we want a quick fix" mentality that got us here in the first place - success takes time
@mziq1670 at no point last year were man united 13, Amorim had had them as low as 15
@
You are missing the point. The point is this club has needed "open heart surgery" for years now as Ragnick put it. We've been covering up the cracks for years, now we are taking a different approach - mow the lawn, uproot the weeds, sow good seed, watch it grow, maintain for years to come. If you don't get it, forget about it
That Guy in the Middle with a Big Head should stop eating burgers what has Ruben accomplished not picking RASHFORD? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Proper manager that losing game after game😂😂😂😂
Mikel arterta in the second season was 15th after 15 games. Is mikel a bad manager?
He needs to get a whole new 20 players before he talks about liverppool
Why is the host leading n trying his amateur best at trying to paint Amorim or United as the Bad Apple. It's clear to see, sancho leaving rocked his happiness, instead of knuckling down, he threw his toys out the pram. Ireland, America, poor training. Stories coming out that his "rashfords" team through their weight around. Gave Rashford a Ego & the employer lost all control. Amorim must be allowed to assemble a team that plays his Style of Football. Rashford got lucky, scoring for LVG & then playing full time first team football. He wasn't ready for the fame or the pressure. He's mentally burned out. This villa move either saves his career or finishes it. Why should Unuted fans put up with footballers who can't be asked. Garnacho has come out talking - WITH HIS FOOTBALL / BEST WAY. Has Rashford??? clearly not. Looks totally recked, he's clearly been drinking n sniffing something. Cream crackered, off his head.
Talksport guests/pundits having a sensible take on Manchester United. Somethings off lol
Nahhhhh did he actually say that 😭😭😭😂😂
Casemiro doing everything he can to undermine this new, great manager Manchestdr United have. Absolutely shameless not leaving the club last Summer let alone this january. That performance against liverpool 4 months ago was his calling card to leave the club and yet hes insisting on staying and freeloading off the club and fans even though the manager has basically stated to him he is not part of his plans. United need to stop signing these players who grew up in the favelas, they're only bothered about one thing, money.
Is it just me or does Jim bloody white just want to hound out Amorim the daft Scot just cannot stop slagging him off he just cannot stop ffs
Ipswich home for his debut, can see him scoring and the narrative immediately changing - what have Man United done, look at what happens under a proper coach, fan boys on X around the world unite 😂
The cancer is gradually being surgically removed…Amorim knows who the lazy work shy bluffers are …needs the full backing of the board..
Epl is not only about liverpool...you can beat liverpool and then play crape with the other teams...that's poor...create a cauldron of invincibility.
SIR ALEX had 7 years to build a team... are you all crazy??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
He is as proven a winner as steven gerrard leaving rangers for villa....
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Delusional mucho
How much this guy paid for this take 👀
Any football person who agrees with the way Amiron has treated Rashford is fake I don't care what Rashford did or didn't do but the manager crossed the line
The board isn’t ambitious at all, the owners are losers and have no clue when to sack a manager, when to hire new manager, who to bring to the club, when they have to intervene urgently.
Keep crying
This guy has way too much sense to be on this channel
Haha this guy is a realist
🤣🤣🤣 hilarious. A brilliant manager 🤣🤣
Villa are a bigger club than United at the moment!!! Not historical, but right know!!! It's a uppgrade for Rashford.
Stop talking about United as a big club !
They are in the bottom half, come on guys 🤔
