This fight always felt useful as resto druid, because interrupts aren't that annoying on him. Also, felt really bad, when once in a while, you would just get randomly knocked into the falling debris...
Question : Can the Mag head quest to get the ring be repeated? Because, I was an ele shaman and i reroll into restro because of the reducing healers on my server. And the ring(healing) is my Bis and i would like to get it for my healer shaman. Or is there an exchange quest like the KARA one where you can swap the ring with a price.
I vaguely remember our strat where we'd get all the channelers down to 10% or so before grouping them up and killing them with AOE, minimizing or completely cancelling the shared buff. Was this a thing, or am I remembering a different boss?

i'm curious.. in phase 1, where your fighting all the Channeler's, why not just group them all up together while assigning kicks to the indivigual targets? killing them at the same time seems more practical then 1 by 1.
I am affliction spec warlock and I was assigned to the rear right box as your looking into the room, when I right-clicked the box I didn't touch either my keyboard or mouse half way through channeling my char decides to cast shadowbolt randomly, therefore stops channeling. Why would this be happening? Its never done it before all I had was my usual dots on the boss other runs I haven't bothered putting dots on the boss during this phase I think its nightfall procs doing it but not sure as I'm not touching the keyboard or mouse my hands are literally up.
This boss fight is bugged as fuck, he casted blast nova twice in a row after we waited at 35% once. He cast it and we nuked him down past 30% and then he just cast it again with it being on cooldown.
We all do miss the intros, but Platinum was painting himself stuck in a corner with these intros being remakes of real intros of commercial shows. Can you imagine the copyright claim-risk these intros are causing? It would be bad if he were forced to remove them all on all videos if the copyright holders where to take any actions.
I can just imagine how many raid leaders have just linked this video to their raiders prior to the raid. It's so well detailed and informative!

we used to just stack all the channelers and aoe them down with assigned interrupts for each one

Damn, TBC raids really do seems fun and way more mechanically interesting, this fight alone is on par to some retail fights.
The most optimistic part is that i will have enough gear to any party leader takes me with on any raid.

because resists exist, its fine if u do it 2 at each group

In regards to the cube mechanic.. If you play paladin, make sure you ARE NOT BUBBLED when it's your turn to click.

You can also use DPS warriors to tank the 1st and 2nd adds.
So bring 3 Ferals and 14 Warlocks + some heal shamis.
