She's reminded me how much i love oldtime music and inspired my recent purchase of a Deering Goodtime banjo. Cheers for supporting great young artists.
Nora how lucky you are to have gotten Dave Van Ronks permission to play his song, and to have met some of the greatest Old times old timers. You are truly gifted.
i think she's naturally more introverted and tries to be outgoing when performing live because she cares about doing well, and communicating effectively with people.
I love music and l love people who play it ,but, not to take away your talent but too much pushing too soon. Believe what you believe and you will get there, no doubt, but , in my opinion, l shared the stage a gig when was recording Twist and Shout’and youth did not stop her , so l could be wrong !. That said l was stimulated with your playing ,no problem and your take on music, but as an old guy who thrives on music ,take a different slant on your next production , l think . Thank you from Glasgow , t.c.and good fortune . P/j
She's wonderful and she transmits her culture from way way back to those who have not been lucky enough to be raised with it.
What an absolute joy! Artist. Music. host. Well done!

I love that blues touch in Wild Goose Chase. It reminds me of John Fahey's wonderful recordings from the 60s.
A great young talent...
Poor girl was so nervous at the start. I certainly wouldn't want to do this live 😬. But she was great as usual!!!

Sorry about some skips in this video and glad it’s okay.
She was only 15 years old then (0:49) - not sixteen!
