Congratulations on the new bike, I went a sat on one yesterday, nice. Also looking at the ADV 160, being about your size, are you not happy with the ADV? Or just wanted a450 bike
I love my 150, but sometimes you just want that little extra. The Eliminator fills that role quite well. Now only if I could sneak an ADV350 into the country, I would in a heartbeat.
Can you share your after-market mirrors and windshield, please? I dont like the stock mirrors, and im curious if having a sheild will help my neck pain while attacking head winds.
Windscreen is a from T-Rex Racing, but if you want to put it on an SE model, the headlight trim piece needs to be changed out. The mirrors are CRG Hindsight Lane Splitter and worth every single penny!
@toddpollock9234 you can try that. Or weld something to the rounded off bolt and then use that to remove it. If it's small enough, use one of those reverse bits that remove those.
@@kevinrodriguez309 Congrats on the new bike. The guy I bought them from is wickedracingfastgearandparts on ebay www.ebay.com/str/wickedracingfastgearandparts along with the Rhinomoto mounts (M8 Bolt Kawasaki Mirror Mounts). I can't speak for the cheaper knock-offs that LifeOfBurch uses, but he seems to like them. www.amazon.com/dp/B07FCCJR87/?th=1
Can you add mirror extenders to the original stock mirrors instead of buying a new mirror set for the end bars? Love that bike! More than the Rebel 500. Nice grips tho. @ExcelsiorDDZ
@@ExcelsiorDDZ Do you have better visibility with the end bar mirrors than the stock ones? I heard stock ones are too far in? Is that right? Those new mirrors are they glass mounted on an aluminum casing/frame? Do they vibrate while you ride?
@@1cetma i can see multiple lanes behind me in each mirror. They do not vibrate at all. And they fold in in case needed. The stock mirrors are round and I can't see past my arms. Extensions may not help because the mirrors are round instead of elongated.
I'd like to see how you removed the bar ends to put the mirrors on. I wish you had more videos of how you put the windshield on too.
Awesome grips! 👌😎

Grip puppies slip on easy and they do great on my Eliminator. Which bar end mirrors do you have?
CRG Hindsight Lane Splitter
@@ExcelsiorDDZany advice on removing stock bar ends? The screw on mine rounded off. Impact?

@@toddpollock9234 I ended up using a Grabit Pro set of reverse drill bits that I bought on Amazon
Would just rubbing alcohol work?
Rubbing alcohol would dry out too fast for putting on a grip.
@@ExcelsiorDDZ ok thanks
what mirrors do you have ?
Those are CRG lanesplitters. Worth every penny and more.
@@ExcelsiorDDZ Ty :)
Do you have a link by chance I just bought an eliminator and I’m looking for the same mirrors you have 😢

Sure, but I can't say how well it work for anyone. I've already fallen in love with the CRG though and they'll always be my top choice.
