Since Biden took office, there seem to have been more unfavorable results in America. I am really worried about the current bank crisis/interest rates, these are all the signs of yet another 2008 market crash 2.0 , so my question is do I still save in the United States dollar or is this a good time to buy gold?

It’s always a good option to keep some gold. Well with the current market situation and everything at stake with the present economy, I’d say you’re better off staying away from stocks fr awhile or better still reach out to an adviser for guidance.

True, a lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for license advisors and came across someone of due diligence, helped a lot to grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $115k to approx. $350k so far.

1000 in the bank allows banks to lend more than $9k (fractional reserve banking withheld 10% in reserves-its closer to 0% in reality) at say 6% ($540.00 annually)so in 24 months the bank has made $1,080 while the depositors gets what 3% per year if he is lucky which is $60.00 for those 24 months. You showed up with $1k the bank had nothing. Two years later you have $1060.00 and the bank has $1080 and you took all the risk on your 1k that you had to work for and pay taxes on to get in the 1st place. And this is why the guys with little hats are rich and rule over us. This is also why I invest in decentralized finance. But the banks can’t make it with out destroying the poor with fees! I’ll take the free checking or go home. If people that have 1k balances go home the banks go broke. They exist by getting us to believe they have the power. We do! Not the government, you and I!

A captivating talk on the world's shift toward digital finance! This change, though intimidating, brings new opportunities. Cryptocurrencies, offering a decentralized alternative to traditional banking, are a key part of this revolution. Imagine a world where financial control is shared among users, not central banks. That's the potential of cryptocurrencies. Thanks to Loraine Souvenir’s insights, daily trade signals, and my dedication to learning, I've been increasing my daily earnings. Keep it up!

You are ignoring that you are given a place to keep your money, in a checking account, for free. So that's incorrect. The government needs to stop dictating every single part of the bank's business. It's the government that's causing this, causing the banks to penalize people who are responsible with their money because of the ones who are not. Rather than just have the irresponsible people pay, this is causing the banks to cost everyone something.

The answer to greedy bankers is to quickly close your account...easy! Now, because our system is so dependant on all of us having an account, we the people may have to take these banks to court. Personally, i will go to any bank that allows me a free checking account. I can also chose to have my check delivered to my home address.....but, i will not pay these greedy bastards a dime. Like i said, i would get with others and sue those entities trying to rob us. I have never liked the system we currently live under, and this is the reason why. Think about it....i work fulltime, if i decide i don't want to have a bank account, i can do that but, now to cash my check i have to pay 1% of my check...if this is not extortion i don't know what is....this practice should be illegal but in the US, it's legal. Maybe we can get together and stop the government from allowing these companies to exist....what do you think?

It's been at least 25 years since checks have no longer been used in most of Europe, let alone money orders. For the most part Sweden is practically a cashless society. I can't quite see going that far, but using Internet banking, and having set up certain payments to be automatically paid on a certain date has never been an issue. One can search around for which bank has the best offer, and employment/pension payments always arrive on time. Banks never appreciate that we have saving accounts with them, loving to strip us of our money to their outrageous benefit, and taxpayers having to pay for their bankrupcies, etc.
