The movement was perfect, SNES had the best processing speed and it's sad how game developers failed to follow this example after the 90's. That's why these games will always have an advantage over them.

I could only play from Rock Man X to X8 and Rock Man X2 (the original name of Mega Man), while I love all of them and I've enjoyed them, Rock Man X2 stayed with me, the music, particularly this one from Wheel Alligates stage 3:57 the characters and their designs, the boss intro 7:52 and combat music along with the fighting poses, the weapons, everything memorable.

It's an old joke from an old school runner named Ovatsug, Gustavo backwards. He thought he came with a 100% guarenteed good rng setup for the minibosses, but it does indeed not work.
Great run, congrats! Have you considered running 100%? I think you could easily get it with your strats, besides you already grab all the items anyway, and fighting the 3 extra bosses probably won't add 2:30 to your time. Seriously, if someone can take that right now, it's you.
What inputs get used for the quick jumping? Is it just a slight corner clip you get pushed out of? Having a hard time finding info on these anywhere xD
if you're talking about the ladders there is basically a precise spot where you can kick off of it like it is a part of the wall. It's called gap jumping because to get it you have to jump into a precise area inbetween the ladder and high enough
@@butnuster354 I was seeing a corner clip, mostly position dependant, you see a lot of it in flame stag climb. After messing with it abit was able to get it consistently.

Básicamente no recolecto todas las partes de zero para que sea 100%, la ruta de any% consigue el shoryūken para lo que necesitas recolectar todos los tanques de vida, mejoras y por lo menos un Subtank, ya que esto hace la última parte del juego significativamente mas rápida.
Just to confirm that you chose the incorrect boss Wire Sponge isn't the first he is the last one. Also one more thing you are cheating because a single buster shot doesn't take two lives only one instead. So is very easy to beat a game when using cheats if you played on snes i am pretty sure would be impossible for you to do that.
wire sponge is the first boss in every speedrun. when you dash it does 2 damage instead of 1. dont call people cheaters when you dont know how the game works.

It’s only faster in TAS due to all the extra RNG it adds in the run. I don’t remember the specifics but no shoryuken saves at most 15 seconds?

If you press down both of the swap buttons at the same time, it cancels the back back to buster (provided no special weapon ammo is on screen).

You need all items except for the zero armor pieces to grab Shoryuken.
