    5:12 you said we need the catalog_ITEM or admin role but at 24:27 you said you told us earlier if you had the catalog_ADMIN or admin role??
    Is it catalog_item or catalog_admin?

    This should be the go to video for anyone who wants to clear their basics about Service Catalog and it's working. Thank you for explaining it to me. Do you have any video about flow designer. I am struggling with it for the Service catalog.

    Task which get auto generated, can it be customized for my own application. For example, my application need four task:
    Photo ID approver
    Access badge for location selected
    End of trip facility

      @@techwithpri Hai Thanks for Reply, what I meant is if we enter your playlist from the middle , we do not know which video follows which , unless we have to specifically go to playlist home. Instead that if you can add a number in UA-cam title like Part1, Part 2 etc., it become easy for future tracking for those who enter the playlist from suggested videos.

    Hi Pritam, could you pls ans following ques:
    1. In your screen, Iphone price is in rupees but in my screen, there is no option for rupees, the only options are dollar, euro and other 3.
    2. If I ordered Iphone, my request shown automatically approved, I tried to change it but it is not looking like as you have explained(not going smoothly on tasks and requests)

      Hey !!
      Click the edit button in the price field and then in the bottom choose new price by clicking on the new button and then in the currency you would see INR option also choose the type as Fixed (singe currency).

      For auto approval things - go to the catalog item and remove the default workflow from Workflow tab, it should work fine.😃

    👍👌So user can able to see only request number Or any other options after request the item?

      Yes after submitting the request user can only see the request number or RITM number (request item number) .
      User can add comments after raising the request but user cannot see task record which is SCTASK
