5:12 you said we need the catalog_ITEM or admin role but at 24:27 you said you told us earlier if you had the catalog_ADMIN or admin role?? Is it catalog_item or catalog_admin?

Task which get auto generated, can it be customized for my own application. For example, my application need four task: Photo ID approver Access badge for location selected End of trip facility

Instead that if you can add a number in UA-cam title like Part1, Part 2 etc., it become easy for future tracking for those who enter the playlist from suggested videos.

If I ordered Iphone, my request shown automatically approved, I tried to change it but it is not looking like as you have explained(not going smoothly on tasks and requests) Thanks for your time😊
Hey !! Click the edit button in the price field and then in the bottom choose new price by clicking on the new button and then in the currency you would see INR option also choose the type as Fixed (singe currency).
Yes after submitting the request user can only see the request number or RITM number (request item number) . User can add comments after raising the request but user cannot see task record which is SCTASK

For auto approval things - go to the catalog item and remove the default workflow from Workflow tab, it should work fine.😃
