Whoopsie! I've done something similar with essential oils. I've been making my own facial, body, and bath soak products for over 20 years at this point. And I used something in a past bath salt recipe that felt like my skin was burning off. 😮
Two lessons I've learned over the years is even though I wanted everything to be "natural" I had to add polysorbate 20 to any oil in water formulations so the oils wouldn't't just sit in top of the liquid. It gunks up your sprayers less this way too.
Also, patch test every new formulation on your inner elbow before you put it on your face. A pain but worth it. Sage is a strong irritant and causes allergic reactions in some people. Clary sage isn't as bad but use it sparingly. ❤

I was going to suggest that! I love mine, and a little goes a long way. I love the spray, too. Took it all on a trip to CA and AZ and slid in their Whistler’s palette between the 2 halves and it was great!
I got the Willow/Thorn duo too. Thorn is a really amazing shade. I’m still waiting for my Sorcerous Smoke palette.

I do appreciate the mishaps shown online. Skin care that didn’t work, or a makeup combo that didn’t play well is as informative as ones curated in editing. I have experienced issues that I realize occur to others, and I learn from our experiences.
I love critters, and if you would like to show them online or on instagram I would love to see your creepy crawling cuties.
You have inspired me multiple times when it comes to my makeup, and more importantly my artwork experimentation. I love color combinations and experimented with some practice and despite them not always working it’s still the point of experiment and practice that drives me.
