I believe the reason you’re encouraged to not kill anybody out of nowhere at the manor is because since you’re gonna be investigating a murder scene, it’d be helpful to not create more messes that could tamper with the evidence so you can figure things out quicker.

this is hands down my favorite Newblood game thus far! i love the style, i love the Immersive Sim elements, i love the setting and tone, and i love all the characters! my SINGULAR complaint is that your enemies are exclusively mooks with blunt objects, mooks with sharp objects, and mooks with guns. i know its a 30s crime thriller and your fighting the mob so obviously your enemies are just gonna be vaguely Italian dudes with a bone to pick but even throwing in some dogs to mix it up would be nice. Otherwise this game is a 10/10 for me (so i guess its a solid 9/10?) and i am SO pumped for the rest of the game... whenever that happens...
