Today I'm going to be showing you guys how you can create some awesome distortion effects in after effects. These are all built into after effects so no plugins are needed! I will show you the best method to creating a bulging - bug eye / big eye pop effect that is motion tracked to the subjects face. This effect is featured by the likes of cole Bennett, ski mask the slump god, lil uzi, poppy, etc. etc.. I will also show you guys some other amazing distortion effects using the liquefy effect and keyframes!
