There is no "poor Saleh" story here. He's kicking it with a big paycheck and he'll have dozen job offers on the table next year.
He should go back to the niners as the defensive coach. If they win, he’ll get another big opportunity
It’s a poor jets fans story, the only thing keeping the Jets from being atrocious the past two years just got ran out of the building. Hope he signs with cinci or washington
Exactly bro I was thinking the same thing. Like his family was going to suffer bc of this lol. Dude is rich and they are acting like he’s a blue collar guy or something
You won't find more beautiful softballs being pitched in the Women's College World Series.
These guys aren't journalists. They never claimed to be. They're literally just guys talking to their friend. The whole reason Aaron comes on the program is that he gets to tell whatever story he wants rather than having to fit within whatever media narrative every other program is pushing. It's fine if you don't like that. You can go watch literally anything else.
Was he unable to say that everyone in the building was shocked by the firing? He seemed to dance around that one with a John Wick reference.
“It’s interesting the amount of power people think I have.” I know, right Aaron? I'm sure Randall Cobb, Allan Lazard, Tim Boyle, and Nathanial Hackett would agree with you!
right?! what bugs me about people like AR is that they think they are the only smart ones and the rest of us are stupid idiots.... I like AR but man I don't believe much that comes out of his mouth anymore
they got his guys to influence him to come not the other way around, he’s also saying power in the sense of being able to fire the head coach which is the narrative. big difference between influencing the team to pick up your guys and firing the head coach
@@bigbob8019 also everyone is leaving out the possibility that Salah was just not working out with the offense.
To me it sounds like AR and likely others wanted to change somethings because what they were doing wasn't working. But Salah wouldn't agree so they removed him.
@@mcfail3450😂 you’re not paying attention to history. Hackett sucks, but gives Rodgers what he wants.
Why was Saleh practically frog-marched out of the building with security in tow if this was an amicable changing of the guard?
The escorting by security was fake news and this was confirmed from multiple sources.
I was walked out when I was let go amicably. Standard procedure. Settle down, friends!
Lol the head of security walked with him. One guy as is protocol in every cooperate office in the country. The same thing happened to every single player Saleh cut in the last four years btw. You act like he was cuffed and dragged out the building...
Yea i was escorted out this warehouse i was fired from before. Pretty normal.
Why is it that you people assuem and take a security escort as if they were taking michael myers out of the building?….
Im so happy people are not falling for all this bs. Saleh got shafted
The worst person out of all of this is that jackass Woody Johnson, who fell on his sword just to save grace for Aaron Rodgers
Love you Pat, but wish you'd push him more. Dude just spews nonsense. He got him fired
Absolutely. Brady and Manning come in and set the culture by working harder than anyone else, this guy goes to Egypt during mandatory mini-camp. What does that tell the young guys about how serious he is about winning? Rodgers wanted his buddy to stay, so when Woody hears Saleh is about to fire Hackett, he pulls the plug to keep this guy happy. He’s obviously talented, but has no character. Forget game shows, when this guy retires he should go into politics. He can look straight into the camera and lie as well as anyone in DC.
Right cuz not not cuz he was a bad couch and has been a bad couch huh cuz people don’t get fired for being bad at their job? 😂

Oh and he plays Quarterback too.

I bet he didn't. Have you considered any nonfootball related reason ms Saleh may have gotten fired? Did you notice the flag on Salehs hoodie sleeve?
What could Rodgers do anyway? Is he supposed to beg the owner or GM to keep Saleh onboard? Decision was done.
@lopaka526 Probably what's happening in Lebanon, and the attention it's getting. 🤷🏽♂️
@@cameronhirtle7316no begging involved. Let’s not pretend that Saleh, while not a good head coach, got thrown under the bus for an aging former star qb that can’t carry a team any more. He’s got the same stats as Zach Wilson did last year. Shouldn’t a superstar qb succeed with his hand picked OC?
Damn Pat. We get it, you're Aaron's friend. That doesn't mean you have to be his PR Manager.
The firing still doesn’t make sense why would you fire the head coach and not a coordinator first especially with the offense. Saying there needs to be a change and then u make the interim coach THE DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR
@@KenC4242 Obviously Woody believed the culture was the problem. Not necessarily an on the field problem. Plus, an interim coach isn't going to be telling the HOF QB to change his cadence. 😂

@@KenC4242you gotta remember that Rodgers window of winning is this year and next year, and at this point the window is closing quicker than they thought.
Finalizing a trade for Davante would quickly shift the attention of this story. The hype would take right back over. But yeah, when I saw the news break I was confused as to how that makes any sense after just 5 games. However, I think people assuming Rodgers got his coach fired is giving him way too much "power" in this situation considering that the Jets are in no way married to Aaron Rodgers and could decide to move on as soon as next season. It's only his second year in the organization and as of now has started a whopping 6 games and is close to retiring. I don't know many owners that would bow down to a player in that situation. There had to be more going on here behind the scenes.
This is why Rodgers likes McAfee over the other networks, plenty of softball questions
Exactly. That's also the reason why I can't take McAfee seriously. Sure, he has a ton of connections and gets a lot of firsthand stories out of it. But he considers himself more of a buddy to those people and would rather kiss their behinds than criticize them when warranted.

The chyron having “Ayahuasca Enthusiast”…that’s why I love Pat. LMAO!!!
Once again AJ providing great value to the interview. Does anyone believe Aaron would come out and say I got the coach fired?
I am completely convinced AAron forced Saleh to wear a Lebanon flag on his hoodie sleeve, in an effort to set him up.
Aaron classicly deflects the question or statement that is that Pat led him into. His dribble about Saleh and his family is only meant for him to make himself look like a good guy. Aaron is a manipulator of the largest proportion. People tire of him very easily.
@CraigEggleton Are you sure you're talking about Rodgers and not yourself?
The fact is that Saleh went to Johnson the day before he got fired and said he was going to fire Hackett. Then later that day Johnson talks with Rodgers on the phone and the next thing you know, Saleh is the one getting fired. Johnson has given this team to Rodgers and that has turned into the s*** show that it is now. Johnson fired the wrong guy. Saleh wasn't a great head coach, but the offense is the problem, and that's because Hackett is the worst coach in the history of the NFL. Nothing is going to change with Saleh out as far as the offense goes.

Is it just me or does Rodgers become more and more unlikeable as time goes on. It just feels like he reads a book and think he evolves with that alone versus actually applying these things to actual real life.
Sounds like you know the man personally…or are these generalizations based off media clips?
What is the reason why he got Robert fired i haven’t seen a reason. Just “Aaron got him fired” but why would he? What does he benefit from him being fired? Is there a coach that he wants instead of him? There is no basis in fact of the claims he got him fired. I’m curious
Robert was going to fire or drop play calling duties for Aaron’s guy Nathaniel Hackett on the Jets. And then mysteriously right before he could do that, he got fired himself.

Wilson got weird and had a big ego. That is why Seattle was okay with parting with him. The Broncos had a ridiculous amount of dead cap from the Wilson deal.
