Generally, it’s not recommended to do that. Your paragraph should be self explanatory to the reader such that they can easily assess what important idea you are covering in the paragraph.

Count the number of words in first line then multiply it with the number of lines. You can also find the number of lines you have to write by simply dividing the number of words in first line with the words limit
