Lesson 2: Muay Boran - Overhand Cross

This striking technique is about accuracy. When throwing a straight punch is expected, throw a curving overhand-cross by aiming at your opponent's neck area. This can be done by slapping the arm outside, inside or simply throwing the overhand-cross in an angle that is not expected.
