Very nicely renovated. I really like that the old-fashioned moldings were kept in the entertaining spaces and the stair well and the fireplace mantles were kept. I also like that the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated to a high standard. The solarium will be a good place to have breakfast on mild days once it is furnished. I very much like that the townhouse has a roomy wine cellar and staff quarters in the basement. I would replace the fitted carpets in the bedrooms with wood flooring. Now the townhouse just needs an interior designer to put some color on the walls, add some high-end light fixtures, add custom drapes, choose some nice rugs and furnish the rooms to a high standard.
I have been looking at Paris apartments for several years now, but this house blows them all away. The best thing I have seen in Paris for sale yet! It’s perfect just the way it is.
This residence is Ooh la la! What a wonderful blend between the classical French elements and the modern bathrooms. So spacious and bright. How wonderful to also have a finished basement. I could easily live here--and of course I also love Paris.
this is what in Paris is called a Hotel Particulier..would definitely add an elevator ...love the garden and the Verriere..could turn this house into a stunning gem..
Never understood why radiators are placed under a window. You usually have curtains & when closed would keep the heat behind the curtains & not heat the room.
The green Chinese had-painted wallpaper is beautiful, but doesn't go with stark white walls. You'd have to paint the walls green, and most wouldn't like that. Anyway, a beautiful house that could use an elevator.
Where the cages in the basement used for people. . . maybe children . . . ? As for the caggy things being a wine rack, I think I could put my arm through the grid and pull a bottle out.🤔
€14000 rent per month! Why would people spend that kind of money on rent? If you had that kind of money you would buy a property surely. The only thing I can think of are stupid companies renting for employees short term.
Ridiculous! Buy the place if you can afford to spend that much! When you rent, you are helping to pay someone else's mortgage, when you could be paying your own.
Clearly designed to rent to a rich sugar daddy, so he can save money on expensive Paris hotel rates and keep his stable of gold digging whores someplace secret, while avoid being noticed in expensive Paris hotels by family friends and business associates (can be very awkward to explain the high maintenance supermodel he is dining with, when he bumps into people in Paris that know his wife) and no doubt he is paying the rent in cash every month, just a drop in the bucket out of the millions he needs to launder every month... you know the type, the corrupt government party members and army generals from communist China and Russia, that have stolen billions in cash and secretly live like kings outside their own country.
Why is the video twitching like that ? It's very annoying. I mean come on people, you're filming an expensive house in Paris, the video has to match the quality ! And put some music too 😉 Now regarding the house itself. I adore the veranda but why the sad, grey floor ? The others rooms have warm, cosy floor and there is this monstruosity just there ? No, thank you. I like how the floor from the living rooms (the woodfloors) and the kitchen are assorted but it makes the floor from the entryway stand out, it doesn't even match the veranda's ! I have nothing else to say except the shape of the rooms on the last floor are weird and the flues for the fireplaces sticking out. Makes the rooms very hard to furnish...
So gorgeous and huge, only negative is the 3 storey high, 2 levels max for me, no one has time nor the energy to run up and down that many stairs on a daily basis 😩😁.
@@Egotisticsoup i get annoyed just running up and down 2 flights of stairs especially if you're on your way out then realise that you've forgotten something upstairs... 😒. Guess everyone's different! Have a blessed day 👍🏾
Deposed Princess Lavina who was a ballerina once married to Skid Row Sebastian Bach did not like the kitchen as it was too stark and modern, also she noticed the door handles and inexpensive light fittings were too modern.Otherwise she thought building and appartment was beautiful.
Armoire, chest, chest of drawers. Plus, the french don't machine dry their clothes so they are air dried, ironed and then stored folded instead of hanged like in the US.
Too big. The furniture I have wouldn’t even fill one room. The garden is nice but small. I do like the fallen leaves, they remind that life lets go and fails during this season.
Lee Morris of all the furniture I have now I can save my bed and a table and closet , because they are handmade by an amazing local artisan . Despite that , I would move there with these three pieces , my clothes and my cats . It would be the perfect life for me . Too bad it’s just a dream
TheAnnas4cats I live in a room, sleep on the floor, share a kitchen and bathroom. I believe a dream to be lack of suffering for the weakest. Bon chance.
Even comes with a medieval torture chamber 6:33 this place has it all.
Right??!
what are those, cages for people? oh the rich!
That's a wine cellar, silly
😂😂😂
That would be a wine cellar.
What a beautiful and peaceful house in Paris!!!

No commentary and no music - bliss!
What a dream come true it would be to own this place in Paris. C’est manific!
Oh la la
Spell-check is free.
C'est Magnifique!
Paris c’est magnifique quand tu es riche ☺️ C’est un coupe gorge pollué et sale quand tu es pauvre 😅
That looks like 8 bedrooms 5.5 baths with lots of mini rooms forcoffuce space or storage space! That is an amazing place!
WOW! In Paris! That is beautiful!
Maybe one day I will be able to afford it. It looks beautiful.
You could fit two families in here. Beautiful.
Even came with a dungeon
Yeah looked like cages in that basement.
Wine cellar maybe?
😂😂😂
It's a wine cellar.
r c ...That would be the Lockable iron wine racks, that's the cellar.
Most beautiful apartment ever! My Paris dream💗
Such a beautifull house but the kitchen is kind of meh, pretty basic for me.
this is what in Paris is called a Hotel Particulier..would definitely add an elevator ...love the garden and the Verriere..could turn this house into a stunning gem..
How would you install an elevator? By removing the stunning staircase?
@@veroniquepeltier3631 right...and place a basket and a poolie...owner better have a hefty wife to pull him up...ahoy!!!
What a grand and beautiful place! Thank you for the tour.
My dream! Beautiful home 👌🏼
Love the lengths of the bathtubs.
Stunning!!! If I hit lotto! Excellent camera work.
I do not like contemporary design in kitchen and bathrooms. Looks odd with classic staircases and wainscoting.
An absolute beauty.
THIS is were I would love in Paris. Praying for a job opportunity and the money to afford to live there.
Never understood why radiators are placed under a window. You usually have curtains & when closed would keep the heat behind the curtains & not heat the room.
Wow! It’s enormous!
beautiful place, a quick question tho, does it have a view of the Eiffel tower?
The green Chinese had-painted wallpaper is beautiful, but doesn't go with stark white walls.
You'd have to paint the walls green, and most wouldn't like that.
Anyway, a beautiful house that could use an elevator.
Outside the windows is the best part for me. I would shack up in a dog kennel to be able to live in Paris! Can you just imagine?! 🇺🇸👵🏻
spectacular apartment.....pity about the modern doors!
im becoming rich just to buy this place
Wow! Dans le 16°!!! Ça m'attire
Where the cages in the basement used for people. . . maybe children . . . ? As for the caggy things being a wine rack, I think I could put my arm through the grid and pull a bottle out.🤔
I love it best house I've seen almost perfect I'd paint the banester matt though, looks wrong on gloss finish, apart from that lovely
It's so huge, and classy, and beautiful. I look around my place and I want to die!
I'M IN LOVE!
Very beautiful! 😀
luxury apartments... ❤❤❤
wonderful house
Why is the bathroom bigger than the kitchen? Beautiful place still, I'll take it if I could afford it
Bath room.and bed room is pretty..and luxury house..👌👌👌..very white color in the wall..three floor and dawn floor...i'm liked. ¿ .how much? 💶💶💶💶💶💶💶💶
€14000 rent per month! Why would people spend that kind of money on rent? If you had that kind of money you would buy a property surely.
The only thing I can think of are stupid companies renting for employees short term.
CEO rental. NO company would spend that on a regular employee.
Ridiculous! Buy the place if you can afford to spend that much! When you rent, you are helping to pay someone else's mortgage, when you could be paying your own.
Michelle Renwick Wilson it’s called being location independent ;)
It’s 5 bedroom, that’s a good price considering 1-2 bedrooms are 4,000 in LA.

Gorgeous
I've given up on trying so I'll just look at yours.
Ok. Sure. I’ll buy it.
Very nice thank you 😊
When im winning lotto i take it
The flooring in the kitchen was...( what’s the word I’m looking for...ahh!) garish.
Wow there's bathrooms every where
Confused and creeped out by those cages. Odd that.
maravilloso
Upstairs bedrooms share 1 big closet. That’s different
Wow that looks like my house
Kinda scary 😳
HELP WHERE IS THE EXIT!
yes. It's too confining for me. Rooms and rooms.
LOVED IT.
Muy bonito no cambiaría París ,por otro país...
Elegant
I'll take it! When can I move in???
Sorry guys but i don't like the wooden floors which are on the second floor then they flow to grey bathrooms.fantastic house but could of been better
Why is the kitchen tinny tiny for such an elaborate big house...makes no sense, everything else is so vast...here and there i mean
How much per month? Are those fireplaces wood burning? Do they work?
How much? Any detail about the cost of owning this? Thank you.
Seriously, no closets?
No apparent kitchen, either!
I’ll take it!
You had me until you went into the kitchen and the baths. I just hate the modern with the old, keep the old throughout the home and you'd sell me.
You stupid fool
I agree 100%! And I don't see even one bidet in the place!
I see a bidet
Where is the elevator?
Greenwithenvy55 haha thought the same
Beautiful
Wow 🤩!..How many Millions...?..😬😉...Euros or Dollars 💵...
Too many rooms, gardens too small.
Exquisite!
Sound please!!
I would rather live in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia.

When the rooms are in the basement its not considered a 5 bedroom
So gorgeous and huge, only negative is the 3 storey high, 2 levels max for me, no one has time nor the energy to run up and down that many stairs on a daily basis 😩😁.
You get used to it, doesn't phase you at all when it's your own home. I don't even think about it anymore.
@@Egotisticsoup i get annoyed just running up and down 2 flights of stairs especially if you're on your way out then realise that you've forgotten something upstairs... 😒. Guess everyone's different! Have a blessed day 👍🏾
How much?
I love Paris and I would love this place, anyone know what the price is
Well if it’s free I’m moving in
Well I guess I’m in for a surprise when I move in
Good to know
Plot Twist: There may be ghosts who reside there as well.
Me: I'll take a 6 month lease please

Hollywood haunts you saying ghosts live here?!?
Wonder how much $£€?
Needs more baths
Where's the elevator
Dis I see a dungeon in the basement?!
Ben Dela Cruz i would beleive SO 😨
Hopefully it could be the wine room.
Creepy look8ng
This place would cost a fortune.
LucilleB ohh ya like 4 000 000 €

Oh my God Almighty there was a room with cages! No good thing happens in cages!!!!!
Wine cellar.
Seriously 😒 That would be the lockable iron wine racks... that's the cellar.🍾
Oops, there is a nice kitchen...my bad.
Au secous je suis perdue dans cet hotel particuliet!
Where do the French put their clothes?
Armoire, chest, chest of drawers. Plus, the french don't machine dry their clothes so they are air dried, ironed and then stored folded instead of hanged like in the US.
Also I think many missed it some of those sleek walls in the bathrooms opened up into closets
Looks like a maze. Get rid off all those WALLS!
the kitchen is too small.
And the rooms are huge
14,000 euro per month
Pas de dressing et pas de dressing possible a l'etage des chambres principales ! Super beau, super pas egonomique.
Closet?
😍😍

TheAnnas4cats Not much of a dream, more delusional. Still nice though, for a big family.
Lee Morris compared to the house I live in it’s a dream
TheAnnas4cats I live in a room, sleep on the floor, share a kitchen and bathroom. I believe a dream to be lack of suffering for the weakest. Bon chance.
Lee Morris merci bien
❤️❤️❤️❤️
I live in paris
Magnifique. Watch our channels: Australian parakeets likes French music 2.Australian parakeets enjoys art& French music
Cost a fortune to heat.
To many rooms.
Would not want to live in the Paris of today.
