- Join us this week as we ditch the UK summer and motorhome for a trip to Turkey in search of some family time and sunshine as the UK summer is non existent. However, is Turkey too expensive for a family eating out etc ...

Just a little tip for packing your suitcase it’s always a good idea when going away as a family to spread each others clothes out between all the suitcases you take just in case any of them get lost! That way you’ll still have clothes when you get there 😊 it looked really lovely where you went! ❤
This is a great idea actually and definitely will do next time thank you 🤩 the place was so nice and relaxed out of the hustle of the larger tourist areas x

@TheRollingRucks we put at least one change of clothes in each other's case. & we always have a photocopy of passport in each case, just incase original goes missing. Although I suppose a photo on phone each would do the same.

We spent two weeks in Olu Deniz last July and it is a lot more expensive than it used to be, especially alcohol, which is down to the high tax the government have added and the hyper inflation. We had a fantastic time though and planning on going back next year for a cheeky autumn break.
Yes we noticed the prices increased a lot! Hope you had a nice time x

Turkey looked really nice where you went and you all looked like you were enjoying yourselves and had a great time, I’ve not been abroad since my youngest Layla was 10 months old, she is now 8 years old, went to see family in Spain xx❤😊
This was a quieter spot in turkey and still had tourists but found much calmer than the main areas such as marmaris and Antalya hope you get a holiday soon x
@@TheRollingRucks yes hopefully get one soon, mind you having said that, did have a 2 night camping trip last year, with a couple that are friends of ours, was quite good enjoyed it anyway despite the rain showers we had, as was a bank holiday weekend in August, but we still made the most of it though, wouldn’t mind going camping again xx

Why waste your time away packing more than the day before 😂😂😂 Man thing.....we recently went away in our campervan for 3 weeks, I packed in the morning before we went.....loads of time. Pair of pants, 1 week 2 pairs, 2 weeks.......easy 😂😂😂
