We didn’t find any water intrusion but found enough on the roof for a roofing company to come out. So we documented the repair and told the client to have the roofing company further evaluate the area. The most important thing is we did not see any current water penetration in that area at the time of the inspection.
This was a great one , I wish the sd card didn’t run out of space. My wish once I’m at that point is to do a ride along with your company (for credit hrs) .

So wouldn't they need some additional flashing around the turret to help prevent water intrusion?
