    I really enjoy your content! I'd love to see you sit down with Jessie at BARE flower farm. I feel like you're both very helpful on the business side of things.

    Also, I found that posting on the groups and in Next Door for my neighborhood information- helpful information- like how to make flowers last longer Post V-day and Mothers Day and other helpful information like that helps engage conversations and increases business. I've talked about bugs, disease, and weather and it all leads to brand awareness and increased business.

    First year flower farmer here. Thank you so much for addressing the fear of creating a social media presence then having total failure. Such a leap of faith!

    First to comment!
    I accidentally left anemones planted in the hoop house this fall. Happy accident! We've had anemone blooms since Christmas. We're in 9b California. Year around blooms….we’re building on this winter blooms potential this year.

    I found the paid post worked well in my area. My budget is $10 for Thursday-Friday-Saturday. It is just a part of my business now- Interesting I also find the cross poster very helpful and again it works for me! lol

    Super helpful info!! We are growing more flowers this year in hopes to sell bouquets (we did sell some last year just bc we had extra flowers) but have been afraid of posting in case it's a total flop.
    I'm also going to take this info to help grow my fb for my other business I own😀

    Can you do a video on something even more basic? How to create these social media accounts the appropriate way. In Facebook do I create a page or a personal account? In Instagram, do I create a business account or creator account? All of these options are overwhelming and I can’t even get to all the stuff you’re talking about when I’m stuck at the account creation part. Yes it’s very basic but many of us less techy folks are at this level.

      There are likely some great YT videos already for that you can search. But I would create a business account/page for both.

    Where do you find the trending sounds on IG?

    • @CoramDeoFarm
      @CoramDeoFarm  7 місяців тому +1

      While watching reels there will be a little arrow pointing upwards on the lower left hand side, click that and it will open up the trending audio. There’s YT videos I think showing exactly how to navigate to it.

    Anenomes will only bloom for a GOOD 6 weeks, So if you wait that long, chances are theyre going to be done by then. Anenomes aren't the type of crop that will have like 5 stems on each plant at once like some. They just shoot up one at a time for the most part. And MOST of yours look like the tallest they're going to likely get. They don't get very tall... if you put shade cloth on your tunnel you may get them a little taller. I recommend offering a smaller number of bouquets at your stand, & just letting people know that it's slim pickins' right now so there's a chance they will be sold out (if they're driving from a distance) (but that's just my opinion, with the experience I've had! Not telling you what to do just giving you my opinion.

    How do you feel about the personal integrity of being “sneaky” in groups you know you aren’t allowed to post in and trying to “get around the rules”? It seems unethical to me.

    • @CoramDeoFarm
      @CoramDeoFarm  7 місяців тому +2

      Getting around the rules is not breaking the rules. If i broke them they would remove the post 🤷🏼‍♀️

    You are using terminology...."reels"..."grid" that I am not familiar with
