While I like the look of the new UI hud, that blinking/flashing that occurs when bringing up the MobiGlass has me concerned around the ADA implications for those with epilepsy.
Man, I sure wish I had the time to make a compilation of "demos vs reality" for most Star Citizen tech. I wish their implementation looked as good as their demos.
Lightning fast, but does that make it quality content? I don't think so. Original is only 8 extra minutes. Hour long Q&A stuff, sure. But this? Just watch the original video.
@@DamonCzanik I dunno, I find it valuable. ISC is full of quips and memes and introductions and stuff I don't care about, whether it's 8 minutes or 80. I much prefer getting the information in this punchy bullet point style. When I do watch ISC, I end up having to rewind a couple of times at points because the free-form conversation way it's put together sometimes sounds ambiguous.

I love the new mapapp. Master Modes aside, this patch is awesome. I only have minor gripes about the new UI.

Not a fan of the weird ghosting icons have. Plus reading this in a bright environment is going to be a headache
Hopefully it doesn't actually announce our arrival.
This will save loads of time when playing again after a break and trying to find something in one of the larger cities.
Star map is almost the same as before. The fps map is the only real improvement.
