I think when we try to pipe shapes, we are too focused on trying to pipe them correctly that the layer of batter can be way too thin. Try piping more volume into your shapes and see if that makes a difference. ❤️
Just made these for my New Years party. I ran out of cream cheese, so they had a white chocolate buttercream. They turned out great and looked amazing.
Hi! I store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for no longer than a week. You can also freeze your shells for a few weeks, but I wouldn’t recommend it. It creates for a stale shell, and too chewy of a texture.

I would eyeball it, start with 3 drops of red and 1 drop of yellow and go from there.
