Spiritual Warfare is real
They let the demons in through the drugs, which are definitely gateway's. As their mental health declines, so does their Spiritual and physical health. It makes it easier for the demonic realm to takeover and control these types. I've seen some people in the community clearly possessed with demons, even years after quitting the drugs.

Yep! Spiritual warfare is very real! Just had a wild dream the other night, demons everywhere...when I mentioned Jesus, one bluff charged me. Of course, in the end the power of Jesus won out. It happens in dreams, it happens in real life. When you follow Christ, sometimes you end up in the trenches fighting. It's all good, though, God Always wins! ❤🙏

All my life I've experienced nightmares and right after I was born again a demon came to attack me and I told him I now belong to Jesus Christ! He looked at me and just vanished. Haven't had a nightmare since. But I am in full agreement that it's absolutely both ❤

I was addicted to porn for decades, decided to get rid of this habitual sin, I experienced 4 nights of severe nightmares, with Jesus I endured and now I sleep like a baby... also, God granted a prayer I made after ending my porn addiction. I asked him to help me convince my father to end his porn addiction as well, you see my dad was so addicted that he would surf porn in the same room as his grandkids, once I confronted him on it, in the middle of the call I made my dads phone turned Chinese. like everything, all numbers letters, everything. he took it to geek squad and at&t to see what virus he picked up as they have a huge database of all known viruses... it came up as unknown, my dad promised to stop porn as well after that. God still grants miracles my friends.
Something similar happened to me. Before I started on my Christian journey, I had no experiences with the demonic or spirit world. But I started hearing walking and it would come into my room and stop at the foot of my bed. Then one night I was watching tv and a deep voice spoke in Spanish above my head. It felt weird and threatening like a warning or prophesy. I knew it was a demon. I ignored it like I ignored the walking and door jingling. Then it began to escalate and I would wake up apparently arguing with something about my salvation. It would confuse me and then I would feel intense anxiety wash over me as I realized something was in the room with me. Finally, it brought me to a breaking point. I was laying down and I felt an intensely evil presence. I detected 3 of them although I could not see anything. They jumped on me and held me down while one whispered “hurt her, hurt her, hurt her” in my ear. I knew they wanted me to hurt my daughter. I had an unexplainable rage that came over me earlier that day. I was watching myself lash out like an animal and swearing and I recall wanting to kill everyone during this rage. My husband immediately sat up after they got off me. I knew he knew something so I said, what did you just dream? And he didn’t want to answer. Said he didn’t want to talk about it. The next morning I asked him again, and he said “three demons came into the room and they surrounded you at the bed. They were whispering something but I don’t know what.” This confirmed to me I was not crazy like I thought. I really thought oh great I’m actually insane after hearing the audible voice. Again later that day I had an uncontrollable fit of rage and swore like a nut case and screamed wildly. No control of myself. Again that night something came to me. It said you have to choose. Then a vision of a satanic symbol to my left and a white light on my right. I formally was a luciferian, so it seemed to me they had come for me. I refused to look to my left, because I knew something had materialized there it desperately wanted me to look. I began to look to my right, indicating I was choosing Jesus. It didn’t grab my face with its hand, but it seemed to have the power to turn my neck towards it. I fought against it, straining my neck. It started pulling a little harder. I called out Jesus ! Jesus! And when I did this it yanked violently on me, I felt its anger at me. Then I just knew to start praising God. I began telling God how wonderful and powerful He is. Name above all names, etc. the thing dropped me like a hot potato. After thinking about what happened to me and the power it had over me, I realized I needed deliverance. I told my pastors and they delivered me of the demons. When I got back home, my apartment felt clean. I didn’t sense something watching me anymore. My husband told me while I was at the church, a gust of wind seemed to blow through the apartment and the entire atmosphere changed. The next day while alone, I felt weird all over, and like restless I guess? So I started walking around my kitchen. Then an intensely overwhelming presence began to fill the room and I began to panic because I knew it was God. I fell down on my face and began worshipping once the presence of God became too overpowering. I was crying and thanking Jesus for the cross. I felt afraid to look up. I thought if I look up I will see God and I will die. It felt like Jesus Himself was standing over me. Then I felt intense love. So much love it was unbearable. Then it passed. He left. I laid there still afraid to look up. Finally I got the courage and sat up and said, what just happened to me? My life has radically changed since that day. I believe I was baptized in the Holy Spirit that day after being delivered and set free of demonic bondage which was linked to my former self. I never believed any of this was real. My former luciferian beliefs were tied to atheism and philosophy, there wasn’t any spirituality connected to it… or so I thought. They sure connected themselves to me, though.
I was sick with pneumonia a week before Christmas (2023). On 12/23, I felt for the first time better but still weak from low blood oxygen, but no more infection or fever. I was in the bedroom resting, my husband was in the living room just outside the bedroom. During all those feverish nights, I've been in and out of consciousness but I was reciting rosary in latin (not for pride but to force my mind to be aware of and mean every word of the prayers). That afternoon too, I was reciting Ave Maria. I must have fallen to sleep. I was lying on my left side and my hands were clasping as in prayer. I suddenly felt uncontrollable terror because my right hand/arm became someone or something else's. And over my shoulder, I could barely see a dark shadow. I couldn't move my head to look but I was also too afraid to see what it was. All I could feel and hear was the arm (my arm) felt like dry bone and scaly, and above my shoulder, near my right ear 'it' gurgled and slurped and whispered something I couldn't understand.
I was at the "Dominus tecum" (The Lord is with you). I continued but even though my mind was clear, my words were slurred and I shuddered uncontrollably. When I got to "Benedictus fructus ventris tui..." my mouth and throat got very very heavy and the words were very hard to pronounce like very thick honey that wouldn't flow out of the bottle, but finally I was able to weakly blurt out "Iesu...". I felt that 'thing' pushed away a little but it came back, chuckling. So I tried again: "Iesu..!" this time a little harder, and again, it pulled away. I knew I had to say the Word stronger so I gathered my breath even though my heart was full of terror that almost choked me and with my whole last strength, I screamed: IESU!!! and it was blown away and receded into the unknown and I was free. Apparently, my scream even though weak, also woke up my husband and he came running: "What's wrong? What happened?" I could only say: No more.

I’m going through self deliverance and isolation right now myself. When you know and understand that demons/evil spirits get legal rights to you when you commit sin and understand that they do in fact have personalities and their sole purpose is to torment you and tempt you into more sin and drive you further away from God, then you can hear them and they will torment you every way they can until you turn from your ways and have someone cast them out or you cast them out yourself; in Jesus name of course. I’m going through this so I can teach people and it grind’s my gears when people shrug off the idea of demonic possession it’s sooooooo much more common then people think! THANK GOD you touched on the fact that Jesus taught oh so frequently about casting about demons/evil spirits. This is a very serious matter and if you are living in sin and your mind is tormenting you, there’s a good chance you are not alone.

I don’t know your story, but don’t let the enemy convince you that you are meant to walk thru this alone. We need the strength, wisdom and strength prayers of the Body of Christ.

Self deliverance through the name of Jesus means having someone pray over you in the name of Jesus and repeating these prayers or as you change your mind and heart and acquire self control the enemy will gradually leave you. I can feel them leave and I’ve been dealing with this on a large scale for a year now. Trust me self deliverance is very real. All things are possible in Christ. You sir are the one who has a doctrine of a demon talking like this when you know nothing about deliverance, clearly.
Once the person repents & asks to be set free it's the Holy Spirit doing the heavy lifting not the afflicted person trying to do it in their flesh

Abused by whom and how? Most women today considered hearing no as abuse. Not getting your way or being able to manipulate your husband to do as you wish isn't abuse. Hitting you and being verbally aggressive - specifically when it initiated from him is abuse. Barring that.. you have a conflict of personalities or will and desire. Those conflicts are not abuse.
My heart is so heavy after watching how rampant the evil of the devils are in our society.
It is getting worse.

I’ve come to believe that demonic influence is so much more common than we would think. My husband, son, friend and I all saw “shadow people” on various occasions in and around our house. This - and some other things-ultimately caused me to become a true believer as it made me certain of a powerful spiritual realm and I wanted to make sure I was on the right team!! Funnily enough, I had huge problems listening to the Bible on Audible for about 3 months (having to delete and reload it every time) then one day it was fine… it could’ve been some sort of IT glitch but it felt like someone /something eventually realising that I would not give up so easily!
Someone close to me has been terrified of those shadow people as well. They said they ( the shadow people ) would stand in the corner of their room while trying to sleep . It’s caused a terrible amount of strife for them.
Did they dabble in the occult at times or use crystal meth or other drugs? I used to see shadow people when I did meth 15 years.

Strangely, I didn’t feel afraid of them (I didn’t get a bad feeling from them - my friend described one as being like a dog sniffing around) but I didn’t think they were good news either. I started listening to the Bible on Audible and praying every night before bed - what I like to think of as “proper” heartfelt prayers, not just lip service…and none of us have seen them since. That’s been about 5 months so far. I hope the person you know who is bothered by them, manages to get them to go away/shut them out.
@@brettwilson7680 That’s really interesting - no drugs at all but all of the others are people who have “seen” spirits/ghosts (my son when very young), my friend also did reiki healing and I had used angel cards, not knowing that it was a form of divination, prohibited in the Bible. Interestingly, my friend said she had seen horrible spirits “feeding off” drunk people so I do think drink and drugs open you up to stuff 😬 Hope you’re doing well these days.
@@brettwilson7680 I tried replying to this before but it didn’t seem to work. No, none of us took/take drugs but, interestingly, the others (not me) had all previously seen ghosts/spirits (my son before the age of about 4)…and my friend and I were both a bit new agey, having used “angel cards” which are apparently a type of divination prohibited in the Bible (which I didn’t know at the time)… My friend is also a reiki healer. I have a much better prayer life now and read the Bible and none of us have seen them since. I hope you’re doing well nowadays and no more shadow people for you either!
You are right, there are not enough true Christians who understand the spirit realm and have the authority to help people with demonic influences in their lives.
Would have thought that it should be common knowledge with church leaders but sadly many will rather humor or pamper people that should be helped.

That said, I would expect Christian leaders at least to have knowledge and discernment to be able to help people to get delivered from bondage, that is after all what Jesus told us to do.

So many people are afraid of the Holy Spirit, and that’s why the church doesn’t move in the spiritual gifts of God. But the Holy Spirit is such a great part of the Godhead, because that’s how we can access Him!!!

Yes!, we witnessed this for the first time in Africa, it’s real! You are right after living there we saw the supernatural too. Somehow people here ignore that supernatural is a power Satan doesn’t want you to see. We are so materialistic as a cultural that we miss the invisible.. our whole family experienced this truth. We are not believed as this a spirit battle not flesh and blood. Our ignorance is a blindness that Satan uses as a weapon against us. Our intellect is not the spirit that reveals this fact…..

The authority over demons comes from Christ. But it is more than simply using the name of Christ, it is believing in the promise of Christ which includes the Holy Spirit’s direction, strength, and power of God.
Which is why this topic needs to be handled with utmost care. Too many gets head of themselves and thinks they can start driving out demons or ”take on Satan” simply by acknowledging Jesus.
We are sheeps in this world still and such confidence is walking into Satans trap.
I agree with you and as times are closing in, the ramping up of the demonic is getting stronger.
Ever once in a while I will be out somewhere like the mall or anywhere around people and I will start to feel a little ill in my stomach and get light headed. I didn’t know what that was from before but since I was attacked verbally for no reason by a guy in a store now I have come to know that when this feeling comes over me it’s because I’m near someone that has a demon.

And that demon knows you are a child of God. Your presence irritates them. Similar things like that happen to me. Pray when that happens. Quote scripture.
Sounds like you are spot on. Make sure you forgive that person who verbally assaulted you. You may have to repeat over and over for days on end that you forgive the person. I had this happened to me in the recent past, and it turned out. The person was into the occult, so it had a great effect on me. I broke off those terrible things that were said, and kept telling Jesus I forgive that person, and finally the feeling left me after a few weeks.
Brother, this was spot on. I remember seeing this on there Cross Examined channel and thinking much the same thing, I'm so glad you pointed this out, while bringing scripture to bear. Definitely in other parts of the world the spiritual realm is well known, if not well understood. When I was overseas I saw and experienced so many things that most people wouldn't even believe.
Demons are real. Thankfully, He who is within us is Greater than he who is on the world.

I grew up SDA and became a follower of Jesus during high school. I didn’t realize how real the spirit realm was until my dream life completely transformed. I hope this is spoken of more, so people can be prepared for spiritual warfare .
My mom and dad were new christians. They started a bible study in their home and were evangelistic. A neighbor, into all kinds of weird jazz, came to their home one night extremely drunk. They were talking and the neighbor got triggered. He started growling and became very strong. He cornered my dad into a dead-end hallway. My dad was never trained on this, he was still really new to Christ, but the Holy Spirit told him to say "In Jesus Name", so he said it. The neighbor dropped to the floor like he was dead. When he finally got up, he was stone cold sober.
So good! The West has been trying to use our flesh to witness to the Lost, without signs and wonders, or walking in the confidence of the Holy Spirit. Nice to hear the reminder. Bless you!

I was getting to the end of the video, and was surprised you did not bring up Ephesians Chapter 6:12 and the surrounding verses about putting on the full armor of God. Then right at the end I smiled and said, "There it is!"

Your points are valid brother. There is a tendency on all of us to contain God to areas of our experience. Dealing with demonic activity is Almost completely ignored in the western world. We seem to intellectualize everything if I may use such language.
"Not by might nor power but by My Spirit," says the Lord.
Volitional surrender is required.
As we believe, we receive the Holy Spirit. But the question is...Does the Spirit have us? Die to self (desires of the flesh) so that the Holy Spirit can live through us.

Demonization, especially in America, is way more common than most would think. Deliverance is a freedom and miracle ministry for Christians. We cannot underestimate the need for deliverance. And you’re absolutely correct about knowledge not being enough. Interesting enough, I was in ministry for years but it wasn’t until I started operating in deliverance that I experienced spiritual warfare. The enemy wants the truth and need for deliverance hidden as it pertains to the body of Christ.
Truth. That's the problem with many Evangelists and church leaders today. They speak and use the words of God, but without the presence of the Holy Spirit in them. The Devil can speak the words of God as well you know, as he did when he was tempting Jesus.

As someone who lives in Iowa it really does hurt to know this stuff happens and it happens at schools where children are vulnerable. But the whole situation reminded me of Judas after betraying Jesus. It’s twisted but the devil thrives off of mental illness
Satan will absolutely attack our personal weaknesses, one of which is often mental illness. I have been fighting this for 54 years. My oldest daughter for 34 years and my youngest daughter for 25 years. My oldest daughter at one time was convinced she was possessed (satan's lie to undermine her further) when in fact she was experiencing spiritual oppression. It is a battle we have been fighting for decades on multiple levels. But it wasn't until today that I understood the difference between spiritual warfare and spiritual power. We MUST cultivate, seek, ask and receive both.
I believe the devil brings/causes mental illnesses
I truly enjoyed listening to this. This area of spiritual warfare is where the church seems to be missing it. Jesus's instructions were clear when he left...and these signs shall follow...etc. If we are not operating in this realm, we are not operating. The church has been defeated for much too long and it is time to wake up and take your stand. The weapons of our warfare are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. We can't pull them down if we do not believe in them. May God continue to bless you and your ministry. This truth you put forth is well spoken and easily understood. God bless you.
I’ve dealt with demons all my life, they have hated me because I was always a pure child, quiet and devoted to God, now as an adult I’ve done things I’ve regretted but trying to rebuild my bond with God, they are still around, especially when my anxiety is bad, stay strong and be as positive as u can.

a few years ago my neighbor's girlfriend got into a physical altercation with him and wanted to stab him, him and his brother ran across the street to wake up my Pastor so he could pray for her, when the pastor came out his front door, the girl was walking on the sidewalk in front of the pastor's house and told him in a deep man's voice she didnt want to talk to him, the pastor told the demon to let her go in the name of Jesus, she dropped to the grass, that night she was delivered. My pastor would tell me many stories of demon posses people when he lived in Mexico.
A homeless man named Eric used to show up at my church and I'd talk to him. One day he arrived saying suicidal stuff. I tried to comfort him. He asked for a few bucks and I gave him 20 and went inside.
Later in the sermon I decided to see if Eric was still outside. He was in an alley sitting against the church muttering really dark things. I noticed that his normally simple language was more advanced. It felt like I was no longer speaking to Eric. Eric said that he couldn't be forgiven for the things that he'd done and began speaking in the third person.
He said "When Eric is dead I'm gonna come back in someone else and help Satan take over this f***ing world." Being primarily concerned for Eric and now unafraid of the adversary I responded I said "I'm not interested in speaking to the demonic." I continued to minister to Eric about Jesus and his forgiveness. He said he didn't want it and was still in a demonic mode. He quizzed me: "since the Bible says whatever you forgive on earth will be forgiven in heaven why don't you just forgive me instead?" I was aware that this question and the way it was spoken was beyond Eric's normal abilities. I responded that his sins were not mine to forgive. Sensing I was not making progress, I told him I loved him and went back inside.
After the service our pastor approached Eric not knowing his condition. Eric growled loudly at the pastor. The pastor later told me it scared him so bad he ran away. Then, later, our soundman Keith was walking to his car and Eric charged after him. Keith said he was carrying sound equipment and suddenly saw Eric running at him like a football player about to tackle someone. He said that Eric ran full speed and lunged right at him but bounced off something mid air like an invisible wall. I assume this was angelic protection. Eric was arrested shortly thereafter.
I fasted for Eric's deliverance and tried to find him after he was released. I finally saw Eric few months later in a 7/11 parking lot. He was very glad to see me. He confessed that he had used the $20 I gave him to use meth. I told Eric he seemed like he had been possessed. He said "oh yeah, I was totally possessed. Meth lets the gates wide open for that". He said that he was delivered from addition and demons while he was in jail. He was very happy. I was happy for him but it was clear he wanted to remain in his homeless lifestyle and I never saw him again.
Bullshit story. Stop lying.

Kap I agree with your view. Also when Jesus sent out the 12 Apostles He gave them authority to heal and cast out demons. The church today is sadly lacking in these two ministries.

I’ve not been on this walk very long about 2 years I’m 47, but one of the first things that has been happening is the enemy had made himself known to me I’ve had a few encounters in dreams, I’ve felt his presence and felt like I’ve been pinned down, breathing in my ear, sleep paralysis where I’ve been shouting I rebuke you satan in the name of Jesus and I’ve never said anything like that in my life before but my first reaction was to say this when in paralysis and I seem to be able to see demons working in other people
When I talk to some other Christian’s at my local church I’ve had people say that I’m focusing to much on the enemy, I’ve pretty much been on this on my own and all my old friends have been removed from my life and I’ve been isolated for quite a while and when I talk about these things with some people they look at me like I’m going mad
I’ve never been so sober and clear headed since I was a kid so how can I be making this up, I know this is the truth
It sounds like you may have the spiritual gift of “discerning of spirits”. It is a gift intended to help the Church, just like all of the gifts. Unfortunately churches that don’t walk in the gifts, don’t know what to do with it. It’s an important part of the body. I was in Los Angeles about 10 years ago on rodeo drive. I’m standing there next to a Bugatti when Kim kardashian drove up in an Escalade across the street from me. The driver pulled up. Kim kardashian steps out of the vehicle and looks directly at me then jumps back in the vehicle and the driver made a fast uturn squealing the tires to get out of there. So I don’t what that was about but I can assume that whatever demons she has around her did not want to be there near me

This very subject I would think about amongst very good long standing Christians I know. It would trip me out on how they wouldn't have personal experience with the demonic let alone casting out a demon. I had experience with demonic before I even got saved. I thought that at the point of salvation you were baptised and sealed with the Holy Spirit, but I will do more reading about this.
The spiritual encounter Frank Turek had is a bit similar to one I had. I had a close friend in high school but over the years we drifted apart. One day I found out on Facebook that she was doing Tarot card reading and I got so upset that I unfriended her straight away. That same night I had a horrible dream that felt so real. She was sitting in front of me with tarot cards, she grinned and then flipped over the card in the middle and it was the Jack. Suddenly the room flipped over so now the celing was the floor, and the floor was the ceiling. Everywhere was completely pitch black and even darker than that was the silhouette of the devil (wearing the jokers hat) drawing closer and closer. He had pure hatred and malice toward me. He wanted me dead. I started calling on Jesus, and after the third time I called out He delivered me. God is so good and the spiritual realm is so real l. I've also had good experiences too! :) I casted out a demon in a little girl once in a dream that also felt very real. I remember initially trying to comfort her but she wouldn't listen and with super strength gave me a good beating for what felt like hours and hours. I was exhausted and then a lady came in the room and said that it time to cast it out now. So I commanded the demon to leave her in Jesus' name. A few seconds passed and then this shadow appeared in front of me ,it was wearing a hooded gown and it didn't have a face but was only pitch black. It looked at me for a few seconds and then in defeat slowly made its way to the door. I then woke up with a strange feeling and I just had to praise God, because I felt it was a spiritual encounter.
True Christians cannot have a demon possess them; however, they can be oppressed by them. The Holy Spirit indwells us once we are born again. ❤
Check out “The Unseen Realm” by Michael Heiser. Also his book, “Demons.” He was an amazing teacher and authority (PHD, spoke and understood Hebrew, etc.) His videos are on UA-cam.
Amen, it’s a religious spirit, a lot of nondenominational Christians including apologist is trying not to have it, but it creeps up on use when we haven’t experienced or understand God’s power or unconfessed.

I agree with you 💯% my pastor says he has much respect for deliverance. I think is unbelief and fear. Not sure of his authority, this includes his wife, Co pastor and his wife. They don't accept deliverance in the church. I've been praying for the Lord to show them as I do see manipulation and control spirit among other spirits enjoying themselves in freedom.

Unfortunately I have found that new printed bibles are missing a lot of information and also rewording a lot of things from the original. The Bible app says things in exodus 32 that God repented of his evil against the Israelites and it Moses made Gid see the error of his ways. Totally ridiculous. My older written Bible says Gods wrath was kindled against the people of Israel for making a golden calf and worshiping false idols. And that Moses pled for the lives of the Israelites and God relented his wrath. So we need to be careful what version of the Bible we are reading.
Is it verse 14?
If it is verse 14, Moses was interceding on behalf of the Israelites who made a false god for themselves. God didn't have to repent of anything. Maybe it's a different version that says that

I agree with you that demonic activity is more common than many people believe. Part of their hiding strategy is also to make themselves known to some people more than others. Then, if the person they're pursuing complains, others will say, "Oh, I never experience anything like that. Are you sure you're getting this right?"

Something else about the western church is the way Christians don’t seem to have a lifestyle that reflects the faith they proclaim to have. Many have a “Sunday morning” spiritual experience and don’t seem to live their faith out the other 6 days. I believe that is why the Bible says “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.”
The truth in the Bible, and full acceptance of things as they are, is the ultimate salvation of human soul and best weapon against the devil and his cohorts.

There's something else to consider with the heart and minds of people and that is - the flood took place because "God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of their thoughts of his heart was only evil continually!" With what you mention in Hebrews 4:12 and Hosea 4:6 are absolutes to our culture. If we, believers, lived by The Word as much as we believe It instead of being ignorant of God' Word - our nation would not be where it is today.
