Jodie I have multiple sclerosis. For a long time I wouldn't get a walking stick. My risk of falling didn't matter. My pains got worse and my back was bending. I bit bullet and got one which was fancy . I thought everyone was looking at me . However they all said thank god you using something to stop you falling. They were relieved. I then as time went on got a mobile scooter. Decorated it with daisy stickers and a number plate. We have to adapt or we compensate our walking so we then put pain and stress on other parts of the body .
Thanks for sharing your chronic conditions. I go swimming which helps with stress and pain as well as bones and muscles.

You are so right my other body parts take on extra pressure when I'm trying to fight it and not use something that will help me which I now now my body is thanking me for now using my stick. I'm so happy with my crutch. Now, I can walk with pride and style.
I have a lot of people who follow me who also have chronic illnesses and use aids or need to start using a aid, so I wanted to encourage them to be brave and go for it like me.

Now that's a walking aid. I use a crutch also (boring silver one) for my osteoarthritis that's in my lumbar spine going down to my ankles. Funny thing is it has bypassed my hips...go figure!!! I will defo look for a more stylish aid. Walk tall with your new support Jodie. It's major 😊❤

love the leopard print crutch!! i got myself a purple floral folding walking stick and its fab, i keep it in a little bag and use it when i struggle but the colours make me feel better about using it for sure!

Oh wow you’re so young I’m so sorry 😢 sometimes our pride gets in the way of our independence. But I’m sure your gone feel liberated and more in control. There nothing wrong with a walking stick. Looking at it this way some people are forced into a wheelchair because they have no legs or their legs can’t work but yours does so utilise it with the stick. Now all you need is some bling on it and you really would stand out 😊 xxxxxxxx

I'm just in similar position due to chronic conditions walking suffering!.have recently become first time nanna want to do things with grandson.so thank you so much I have walking stick for year take it with me out/about but have not yet used it!.however will go and visit site you mentioned as feel crutch will be less intimidating.can go and get my own pound land haul.watched yours and another today both great.❤❤❤😊

Hello Jodie,,I have been looking for a stylish crane.I have been fighting useing one for years..Because of severe arthritis in my neck,knees and I have moderate scoliosis in my right hip.So yes Jodie I know what living with chronic pain..I am a senior citizen that stills whats to look good and stylish. Love the cups glass ones are my favorite ones..Jodie you are on my evening pray list as are all my you tube Ladies. God bless us with strength to do our daily necessities each day, Amen ❤

Oooooh love that crutch! I need one right now..😂 Joking apart, I suffer with my right knee & need a walking aid, I think a lot of the time, if you look young & healthy then people don't realise the physical pain and depression, chronic constant pain causes, especially if you've got a few different issues going on all at once, it can be very overwhelming. I'm 69 but look a lot younger (thanks to my mum's young genes! 😅) and I'm definitely getting a Cool Crutch 😊. Oh and Ive got a H&M first order on its way thanks to your haul the other day (including that lovely red dress 😅). X

Recently I fell and I hurt myself. I injury my face. So painful 😢

Did you ever see the walking aid that has like 4 prongs and the bottom so it can stand by itself... I find those to be MORE STURDY. I do like the one you got also... Chic.... ❤❤❤

I’ve been using a cane (walking stick) for a number of years now. I am really fearful of falling so using the cane helps me. (It’s pink but it’s not cute) Better safe than sorry! Tfs 🫶🏾

With an invisible illness no one can see or understand why you are in pain. Am loving the crutch and looks sturdy. I love the vase and the flowers. I like the musky ones but cannot find these down here. Anything online do you know of ?. When I was a kid they had little bags of salt in with the crisps to add your own. I cannot recollect the name. Will get that when I go to town lol I will need a new cupboard at this rate

I have nerve damage in my feet so annoying but i was thinking we are like the walking woulded because when i can't walk due to my feet people just don't get it have a great day everyone.

I was just about to say, for you to try Tramadol and Naproxen together. This is what i take and then Amitriptyline at night. I'm so sorry you are struggling with the pain at the moment and i really hope you manage to get your knees sorted soon. My Son has problems with his knees, he's only 21, but used to do mixed martial arts. Unfortunately he's not able to anymore and needs to have an operation.

I am so glad your accepting you need aids especially when they look so good. My condition started in my early 30's.Unless you have chronic pain you don't realize how debilitating pain is.I am at the stage where I need a walker and morphine. It was so difficult to accept but it meant I could go shopping on my own for the first time in twenty years.I was so excited to be in Primark on my own I sent a picture to my children.We won't mention I went so overboard my walker fell over.People came running to help and me ,I just gabbered on about how I hadn't been shopping on my own for twenty years.I think I was on a high. When I used crutches one caused my hip to hurt so I had to have two. Try to look at the aids as not only giving you freedom but your children as well. Next time you go on an outing use a scooter and your pain won't go over your limit and you'll do much more with your boys. I know it's difficult but remember the aids give you independence not take it away. I only recently saw and subscribed to your channel as your the same size as me,you show such fab clothes and your personality is brilliant.

I haven't noticed any difference if I am totally honest, but then again, I'm still very heavy. I have a condition with my knees, and it's just getting worse. I'm sure when I lose more weight, it will help more with the pain. Xx
I have osteoartharitis both feet both knees theve operated on one foot ive took TRAMADOL for 15yrs so i think my body is usued to it 5yrs ago had 5 injections in my feet they only lasted 2wks.the pain in my knees agony i can hardly get out of bed in the morning xxxxx

I got those pegs about a year ago.. they are the worst pegs I've ever used they pinged apart almost straight away almost taking a eye out.. Good luck go careful 😬

I’m a carer for my mum who has chronic illness and she needs a scooter. Her pride wouldn’t let her consider trying one let alone use one. However, my goal this year is to take her to the shop to try some out. 🙏🏾 for me 😊

Hello Beautiful ❤, Sorry you struggling with pain In your knees. Will be praying for relief. I totally understand pain ya know I have fibromyalgia as well and lymphedema, neuropathy in hands,legs and feet cause I'm diabetic. I've been struggling with lymphedema flare. I take tramadol as well. What's dose do you take that's the highest dose cause I'm on 50mg. I feel I need higher dose. I know exactly how you feel living with pain and being moody etc....im same way. I'm just looking out for you just concerned. The knee surgeries a lot of people i know who has had knee surgeries wish they didn't do it after they did. Some say it didn't help or recovery is really hard and painful. I know you probably researched it on your own. Im just looking out for you. Have you tried Frankensence oil and myrrh oil therapeutic grade those are great for pain i put it on my feet for neuropathy and use it on pain points for fibromyalgia. Loved your haul you got some nice things. Love that place mat couldn't believe the cheap price for that it looked thick and nicely made. Loved your video can't get enough of your smile, personality and accent 😂. Love it all.

Yes I'm on 50mg but now having to take naproxen 50mg with tram just to be able to walk the small amount I do each day and just be able to get through the day without completely breaking down in excruciating pain, it's so horrible having to live like this.
