I've done a little bit of acting myself & once had the privilege to work with a director who I think was much like Bradley seems to have been, in my case only for a week with a training course, but to look at these 2, I can see much of what I experienced but times 1000 & it's such a special experience to have someone like that caring for you & supporting you to perform & the results you get acting in that environment are mindblowing! I think that's what we're seeing here & Stefani is no doubt immensely grateful for the incredible chance Bradley gave her by supporting her to let her reach her maximum potential, but in return I think Bradley also may have really wanted or needed someone like Stefani for his first time directing, someone he could really care for & really show what he could get out of his actors through his love. I don't know how deep the bond became, whether it ventured into romantic love or not, but that connection they have is clearly (& expectedly under those circumstance) extremely strong & I'm guessing lifelong. This "first" movie for both of them will no doubt never leave them. I'm so happy for them that they had the chance to find what they did together & create such wonderful memories of their first movie. That's truly priceless :) I just love watching it & feeling so happy for what they have & I don't care if it's romantic either, because even romance can't compete with the bond we're watching here :) This is something so special & strong it's beyond even the best romance. That's the feeling I get watching them anyway :)
