I need help. I use Cypcut for work and we have to nest hundreds of metal artwork pieces. And sometimes for absolutely no reason at all during the nesting process an error will pop up saying "Size of plate too small, no part add to nest" and have to start all over. We have no idea why this happens and the plate size has nothing to do with it. The only way it will successfully nest is a process of elimination figuring out which art piece is making the error. It takes hours. If I get the error to many times, Cypcut will tell me I have no memory left and I have to restart the program. Absolutely infuriating.
Any idea how to add single cuts to slit offcuts,. Some times we use several full sheets that have 1 part each so we end up with L shape offcuts. Remnant oy works on last sheet. Any tips would be great :)
Great videos as always. Question for you. Have you ever found a way to nest more than 50 individual parts with multiple quantities of each onto a single sheet in Cypcut? I've recently faced this problem that I didn't know existed
@@smallshoplasers8785 I've got 2 sheets I need more than 50 parts on. None are the same and all small items, none are straight either so I cannot coedge. It's a 1 off nest I need that will just be repeated.. thanks

I'll have to play with it. Is this like a one off or reoccurring job? Because I can think of two ways to do it but I'll need to try a few
