Bought this (same color too) as a 37th present to myself after not playing since I was 22, and MY GOODNESS this is an awesome guitar! So Nice to play again
Unbeatable for the price! I was brought-up on American guitars--Gibsons & Fenders--so I'm picky, but I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of this guitar, especially for $270. Especially surprising is how well the neck, frets & fretboard are made. It has a "fast" neck with very 'well-done' frets that you'd expect to find on a $500+ guitar. Only stuff I don't like are the pickups and the FR-licensed bridge works fine but isn't up-to-par with the rest of the guitar. That said, there's no guitar under $300 I'm aware of that has this level of build quality.

I really like the Jackson Pickups I have these in my Jackson JS22-L Dinky BLK and they sound amazing! Jackson is a very good brand and i really love the details like the perfects frets and i it playes perfect! And man the Jackson Pickups in the clean channel are amazing!

played..a 2015 JS32Q..simply professional quality..craftsmanship is excellent..very versatile..perfect for recording and stage...the price is an. insult to this guitar ..I would pay much more for it..simply a brilliant guitar..love the trans black color...

Heard alot of good about the JS32 series, so bought the white DKA-M.. Trying to get back into guitar playing after a few years.. Seems like i did a good purchase. Only played Schecter and Music Man earlier, but didn't have money to by back my old guitars.

I want to buy exactly that model and color next week. One reason I thinh many people want to buy this guitar as me is because its Jackson by Floyd Rose tremolo system. A pity we can see its performance on the video and it makes me think it doesnt works so good. Although I know this is the cheapest version, it would be interesting to find out what Floyd Rose name offers at this price.

for drop tuning, D, C, B, get the one with fix trem bridge. floyds i have always have problems with tuning.. Sick necks on this jacksons, better than wizard ibanez necks imo

I just got my Chinese js32 and it has a space between the neck and body near the last fret. It's not flush to the body. is it supposed to be like that? Will it cause problems?

I'm an intermediate player. I have been playing acoustic for 8 years. But never got my hands on an electric guitar. And most of the people on internet advise to avoid floy rose guitars if you're a beginner. I'm not sure, if this applies to me. Can anyone help?.

Question, if you set it up for standard only from the get go, do the fine tuners have enough leeway for Eb and Drop D? Or would they only work mainly for Eb as well as standard

You would have to set it up from the scratch if you are to use drop tunnings, it's always a problem with floating bridge systems. Regards

is this guitar good for metal? especially for leads. and is the pitch bender fully usable cuz in some guitars they provide you one but there is no enough space in the bridge to bend the pitch completely.
+Tanay Sinha With the right setup you can obtain metal tones of course, we test the whammy bars in our videos as well. We had no problems using the Floyd Rose system as we had already set it up. Regards
yeah i have setup for metal already, and i was more of lead player and so i asked that does the tone of this guitar good for distortion patches or clean patches.Because most of the guitars are made for the purpose of heavy patches or clean patches. Thank You

Wolfgang Rane Hey there, if it's down to only the fretboard choice, then we would say it's totally up to you! However, maple boards (generally) tend to sound a bit thinner and have lower bass response as oppose to rosewood boards. Regards.

I love the guitar, but I have a problem with the Floyd Rose. I want to be able to tune the guitar on the fly, from Standard Tuning to say going down a 1/2 step or drop. Is it a hassle to do this? Thank you.

I think a fender strat is the best option for modifying.

Mike Payne Hey there, it was pretty much OK in terms of tuning stability. With any trem guitar, if you use it excessively, you would end up being out of tune. Regards.
Mike Payne You can always block off the trem or buy a new trem worth 2x the price of the guitar to make it actually keep in tune

Yes it can, but it's always a problem with Floyd Rose bridges, you can always go out of tune easily if you overdo it. Regards

Ese tipo de guitarras no tiene exactamente el “twang” de las fender pero si es 10 veces mucho mas versatil por el tipo de pastillas que tiene y por experiencia te digo que las dinky son igual de comodas que las Statos, de hecho hasta un poquito mas ligeras
