As someone who adores hearing Grian's laugh, I have never heard Grian laugh THIS HARD before!! This whole sequence has given me so much amusement since the day the video came out! I've watched the original, as well as a couple animatics of it, and I love them all! I especially love how you animated Grian dying of laughter, and Skizz taking the colorblind test! Also, the angry giraffe gave me such a laugh!! Well done!!
Just gonna point out, Skizz tehcnically got the colors correct (in terms of eye-dropping from irl giraffe image) but the lack of texture and smaller spots made it look like flesh
I'm pretty sure giraffes are more a very pale yellow-y white than straight up beige. Closer to white concrete than white terracotta. But yeah, he was very close
the irony is... immediately after that, i looked up pictures of giraffes and SKIZZ ISN'T WRONG ! ! ?! ??! ?? they ARE THAT COLOUR ! !? !? ?! it's just that there's usually more darker spots... cartoon giraffes are mostly yellow with a few brown dots but most actual giraffes are kinda brown with white terracotta/flesh-coloured in the gaps O.o but still... grian's dying laughter lol the way he's drawn is perfect !
Honestly why I didn't get why this was so hilarious to everyone. It's not far off, and my only problem with the build is that it was too specific on the actions. It still looks bizarre and doesn't come across, but it's actually one of his best, form-wise.
I think smooth sandstone would have worked much better than white terracotta for the lighter areas. It has that slight yellowish color that some giraffes have, but it isn't cartoonish.

Made funnier with Grian dying in the background because he looked at it from above. Gem saying "you don't get to have these blocks anymore" and Gem or Joel using world edit to colour it correctly at the end. Skizz is never going to live that down 😂😂

Omg I looked it up and giraffes are actually like, a whitish tanish color between their spots? Cartoons just make them yellow for some reason. Still not the correct color choice if he wants anyone to guess giraffe but wow! You learn something new every day

In real life they are yellow too though not as bright yellow like in cartoon but indeed yellow and not flesh colored white terracotta
