I had been to tso mo riri some 10 years back when there was no roads or directions, We some 7 member family was charged 1500 by one village person for one night stay with whole food. We paid more than double of their ask as their love and hospitality was excellent, and in that kattumukku, they have given us the facility to stay. they basically earn for 6 months, and in those 6 months they need to stock food for their next 6 months, so the charges are not a big thing. NEXT, the hotspring is basically sulpher water coming out from ground which gives you odd smell. hotsprings are sulpher water springs, coming out through the pores of earth, and not bore well. you can see same hotspring inside the temple in Manikaran, near manali.
