I tried to visit the website for newconpdx, but failed to find some key info, like what time they "open the doors" to who's panels are when and where. I was wondering if you had that info? If not that's fine too ^-^
Usually people are allowed to line up for panels 30 minutes in advance, and it is sometimes up to the panelists if they open the doors a few minutes early or not. I personally like to open the doors as soon as I've set up, but some people wait until a minute or two before it technically starts. It varies!

Oh hi there! I've done about 4 cosplay chess games now, I think? My first 2 were at Sakura-Con 2015 (Late Night and Improv), my 3rd was at Sakura-Con the following year as King of Late Night, and then there was my most recent one, my 4th, at Kumoricon for Late Night! There is some footage of one of my first matches on UA-cam, I believe--if you go to the "Featuring Me" playlist on my channel, it should be in there!
