Finally i found some one who was say that disabled Hyper-V . Every fu..k UA-cam just say enable Hyper-V
Windows Hypervisor Platform
Windows Sandbox etc. 😅😅 . The don't know anything but They have 200k 300k subscriber. I don't know why people subscribe them 😅.

Hyper V is only available on windows 11 pro. Bluestacks was running perfectly for me a few months ago now no matter what I do I always get the hyper V error message, whether I have hyper V turned on or off. Bluestacks used to be the best, it's the worst now and the developers haven't addressed any of these errors lately.
