Already thousands of new housing and student initiatives have been put in place. That interstate in Denver sounds like someone making money.

It's the bottleneck between Denver and the ski resorts to the west. On Friday night and Saturday morning, westbound traffic backs up for several miles, and on Sunday afternoons eastbound traffic backs up all the way to Georgetown and Silver Plume.
