On a car accident you need to take pictures, test everyone for DUI to get a full report and talk to everyone BEFORE handing out any reports. ALSO, If you ever need a ride along let me know. 😂😂
This has been fun to watch.
Also would suggest paying attention to whether the picture on the ID matches the person since they will give you stolen ID's. If not 100% sure look at their cars license plate and then check in the computer if the picture for the plate read is a better match.
The drunk guy with the Mohawk was definitely not the same guy pictured on the ID he gave you. People you stop will occasionally give you someone else’s ID.

Don't forget interviewing witnesses on the sidewalk as well as checking the drivers. I usually get extra arrests from fake/stolen IDs etc from that as well.
The progressbar on the left of the screen should be filled before handing out any accident reports :)

A good order to clear accidents is
Interview,
Call ambulance and release injured people if there is any,
Check id,
If they have anything you can fine them for, do it,
Do both tests,
If they are under influence, arrest them,
If they are arrested, search them AND their car (all 4 or 2 doors, and their trunk),
If they have any illegal items which can only be a switchblade or a gun if they dont have a permit, you can add a liability reason, to check if they have a gun permit again, you can use the police computer (if the police computer cannot find a valid entry, that's a fake ID which justifies arrest),
Once everyone who needs to be arrested is arrested, take pictures of the accident until the bar is green,
Once the bar is green, give accident reports (even to the arrested people),
Then you can call arrest transport and tow trucks.
That's it.
When a civilian greets you all you gotta do is look at them at a medium distance away or far enough that it pops up greet instead of talk as the action, it gives you +5 cp

The Radar Gun is great for getting a lot of SP to unlock new stuff specially on a overpass. I got over a 1000 in a 20 or 25 minute shift. Can't wait to see you getting your first Nightshift. And pls before giving people a report take pictures of the Accident with your Camera that is how you complete the report. And you can check if the person has a Gun Permit in the Background check.

I feel that getting the peoples statements in the car accidents should be among the last thing you do before giving them the reports.
Basically, start off getting ID and Insurance from everyone involved, DUI testing if needed/suspected, then photographing the cars involved. Then, given they have likely had time to calm down after the incident, then you get their statements. After all that, then you start handing out the report.
Hands them a ticket and says sorry that you exist. After she complains about cost. Hahaha
You got knocked points for the firearm because she does have a weapon permit. The game doesn't distinguish whether or not the person is drunk or even if they have a warrant. I know it's confusing.
Also make sure you are checking the photos on the IDs to make sure they match the person. If not, arrest them for stolen ID. The drunk guy with the mohawk had one.
I know these are very old videos but awsome to watch you play I enjoy them. What is bothering me is that you are giving the people accident reports to soon You need To Take all The Pictures of the Damages of the vehicles Both Sides and ALL vehicles involved than give Reports. There is a Bar on the Left of Progress of accidents too max out before giving the reports to the People involved. Ps You probably already know that by now because you done a Giant series on this game which I am very much enjoying watching.
When you pull out your radar gun, the bottom right corner will tell how fast the street is

At an accident in real life, you don’t get the report, all you get is a card that tells you where you can find the report later. So I get why you keep handing people the card right away.
That is very true and how I do accidents in real life
I saw someone get pulled over once with a .3 before, and sadly they weren't presenting AT ALL. They were driving at night with no lights on and only turned them on when they plowed headfirst into the car I was in at 55mph. We just turned on the road and never saw em coming.

Yes you have to ask the questions, run the tests, and take the photos before you give them the report, also the bar on the right hand side of the screen that says “progress” will turn green

When taking out the radar gun the max speed is displayed on the bottom right. If people greet you, step up to them and press action (F). Make sure you do that from the front.
traffic accidents. get all ID and insurance, Next take all pictures, then DUI test everyone including drug test then arrest if needed then give everyone accident report
You have to question all witnesses, take pictures of all the damage and check everyone’s credentials before giving out accident reports

What is your real life response to where they stop in the middle of the road like the game has sometimes.
