Great wolf lodge would be a blast for your kids. Especially for Lilia ! She’s into Harry Potter and they do a whole wizard and wand hunt through out the hotel. It’s pretty cool. I loved my experience!!

Just a tiny bit of friendly advice from an adult who grew up a very picky eater and still struggles with trying new foods now I'm older - it might be better for Kayden if when he is trying new foods, you almost "ignore" it, so that he has an opportunity to try it and analyse his feelings on it without feeling any pressure and then he can offer his feedback when he is ready - I honestly WISH that my parents had done that but I always got comments about how fussy I was and how I always hate everything and it made it so much harder for me to WANT to try new thing! Love the video though it looks like you all had such a fun time ☺️
BIG AGREE, I'm sure he's aware by now that he is picky and when he wants to branch out on his own to try new foods having so much exaggerated praise may turn him away so to not get all that focus on him. It's important for him to feel safe to try new things without your opinions/reactions changing

My girls use to eat everything under the sun and love it. But as soon as they hear someone say they don't like something they will say they don't like it either and I'm like you just ate it yesterday. So I try to teach them just cause others like or don't like something doesn't mean you have to be the exact same way. Sometimes they'll go back to eating it or sometimes it'll take a long while before they'll ask for whatever it was someone said they didn't like

I think you guys would love Dollywood, it has small rides, and huge rollercoasters. Plus their food is outstanding.

I remember as kid not liking Rollercoasters but loving dollywood cuz the shows and kiddy rides but as I got older like high school I started riding Rollercoasters and love all the rides especially the fastest wooden coaster I had great experience but came off with tiny welts cuz it was raining and the fact it wasn't even officially open the day I rode it was fantastic
That drivers license ride thing was so cool! hahaha If I was a child I would love that ride. Seeing them all drive on the wrong side is hilarious though😂😂😂

Jess, you should go to Knotts Berry Farm. They have some bigger rides that the boys would like and smaller things for the girls. It’s all Peanuts themed.
For sure! We have passes and we all love it! I definitely think it would be a little more of a good trip with just the boys cause there’s tons of thrill rides
she also definitely needs to go to magic mountain with the boys. that was the only theme park in california i went to growing up as a kid from arizona

When the kids are older, Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio has some great fast rides and drying Halloween they have kid friendly stuff during the day and at night they have haunted houses indoors and outdoors

Omg this legoland ride where you can make your drivers license was EVERYTHING for me as a kid 🙌🏼 I have at least ten of these somewhere in a memory bin 😂😂 Mind you I grew up in Germany in the 90s/2000s. Can’t believe this ride still exists all over the world
i feel the boys would love Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO there are so many good big and fast rides and all types of food and everything, i would definitely recommend going at some point in life :))
Magic Mountain is really fun. I’ve done three of my birthdays there before turning 18. Knotts Berry farm and the water park is also really fun except I think the rides at Magic Mountain are more thrilling than Knotts.
The Legoland hotel is so cool. I stayed in it back in 2016 I think, and I had a lot of fun.
I'm only 30, and it is so weird to me that we think it's strange to go to an amusement park without having extensive information on every single ride before we get there. I mean. I too downloaded the app the last time I was at a major park, it's just so weird that this is now normal. We always just showed up and took a paper map and our day wasn't worse for it.

Next time do Great Wolf 🐺 lodge it's an indoor water park/hotel/golf/obstacle course type place. Your kids would love it

I’ve kept this comment to myself because I didn’t want to come off offensive. But kyson always gave me that “jock, popular kid in school, going to go to an Ivy League school on scholarship” type of vibe lol BUT it amazes me how nurturing and sweet he truly is. Not that jocks aren’t sweet lol but kyson gives major mommy boy vibes & it’s precious💗
I agree staying at the Hotel and the park makes the experience so much better! My boys had so much fun there Dec 2019 before the world shut down.
Next trip you should take kids to great wolf lodge kids would love that place too
I remember going to legoland as a kid and the little car ride was my favorite thing! And the gift shops were really cool too. This video really brings back so many childhood memories of going there with my family 😭❤️
Jess! Take the whole family to Toronto! We have a huge amusement park called “Canada’s Wonderland” I think it would be a pretty cool trip, Toronto is a pretty great city to see as well!

Since the boys love big rides, I highly suggest Knotts Berry Farm. Those rides are the best I have ever been on!

Thats ironic that you said that Legoland has changed since the last time you took the boys. I actually worked at Legoland for a summer back in the Summer of 2000 before my senior year of high school. It has changed alot since I worked there. I worked mainly in the Duplo area operating rides. When I worked there the Spellbreaker coaster was about to open that Halloween. Back then during the night each area had a color themed dance competition. The Legoland Hotel, Legoland Aquarium, Legoland water park was not even built yet. It's wild what 22 years can do with change.
I've been to legoland California and Florida, and yes the Florida one is slightly bigger. I definitely enjoyed both though, but I agree with you about it not being as good as Disney.

Caden & Tommy live in Southern California where they grew up doing theme parks like this with their mom. They say they don’t enjoy it. Even getting them to come with the family is tough, so they def would not enjoy it as their birthday trip 😂 Instead, Chris does other special things with them (all the time too, not just for their bday) 💛
Lego Land Florida is really fun, they just opened up a Pepa Pig park next to Legoland FL 🥰

My mom lives 5 mins from the Florida Legoland and we both have season passes. The one there is very small as well. Fun and I love going but it is small. We also don’t have everything is ramen and I didn’t know that I needed that until this video. But I feel like size wise the California looks a little bigger than Florida but I personally have never been to California’s Legoland so I really can’t compare it size wise except for what I have seen as far as maps and videos online. They have been changing a lot in the Florida Legoland so hopefully we will be getting some new food places and rides one day. They did just open a Pepe pig theme park at Legoland Florida I have not been I know it is for the preschool kindergarten ages but I still want to go see it one day. My mom went for opening day and thought it was super cute. The hotel is definitely one of my favorite parts to Legoland.
I love watching how you have so much fun with your kids! I’m really impressed with how your kids all get along so well. I’m sure they have their moments but they really like each other! To want to share a room like the three boys do is actually amazing. So you just keep enjoying your family and make great memories!

Legoland California also has a water park and sea life aquarium. Another park you could try is sea world because they just got a new ride called emperor and it looks pretty cool.
On Long Island in NY we have Safety Town and the school districts go field trips and it is essentially the drivers license ride! It is the highlight of every kids school year, lol

Legoland here in Florida is a bit bigger. But we also did the entire park in one day. They have the water park and newly opened peppa pig park. I feel like legoland is for once in a while trips. But Disney world is for always lol… next family trip, do a Disney cruise! We just got back from ours AND WE LOVED IT!

I would suggest great wolf lodge or silver dollar city of rides! Great wolf lodge have some epic water slides, especially for me when I was there age!! The same for silver dollar city, and if I'm not mistaken it has shows and your able to watch people work such as blacksmithing, ect!
Ive been to lego land in Florida and we spent lots of time at the water park but the actual park was very fun and judging just by watching a vid it looks like Florida one was bit more fun although its hard to tell without the actual experience

Lol when I got my license in Florida it seriously was just a driving test behind the building with a stoplight and stop sign. Had to answer some questions and do a 3 point turn. Left with my license lol. It really is that easy these days.
Haha. Your comments about the drivers license ride made me laugh seriously. It made me want to go ride a go cart. A funny comment my Dad made when I first learned to drive on real road was it is just a big go cart. I can't. 😅🤣🤣
If your boys really love thrill rides they definitely need to go to Universal Studios & Islands of adventure in Florida! Put them on the Velocicoaster! Haha its the most thrilling ride in Florida it goes 75mph

I took my son for his 6th birthday to legoland Florida. It’s small as well. There was only 2 “fast rides”. My sons fav was ninjago ride. I deff agree that 1 day is enough. It was a great experience tho and my kiddo had a blast and still talks about going back and hes 10 now. There’s a few rides that wasn’t at Florida. If they were I didn’t see them. I can say there is deff more people at the Cali one than I seen at the Florida one.

When we went last summer we were disappointed a little bit since we thought it was going to be much bigger. We went for 2 or 3 days, we went in there water park! Lots of things were closed inside like the lazy river.

Have you ever thought about six flags passes there's a water park in Concord and all of the passes get you in to any Six Flags parks
I been to the LEGOLAND IN ENGLAND UK and it was very nice. That was backing 2003.
Lego World is more for the Legos not the rides. Disney World and Lego World are two different places and they're not to be compared. The main thing is that your kids had fun. But I wouldn't be comparing the two parks. Now we went to Lego World in Florida and it was awesome. I haven't done Disneyland or Legoland in California.
I went to the Lego land in Florida, along with the water park and it was awesome! Definitely seems to have more rides than the one you are at. It’s definitely not Disney world, but it was still awesome!
The Legoland I went to when we walked in they gave us a scavengers hunt and we got stuff and it was so fun but we did not go to that one your at we went to a different one

Hey Jessica, I don’t know if you have heard but on April 15 a new Harry Potter movie is coming out called Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, it’s like a spin off version(only in theaters), but I think you and your kids might enjoy it. I just wanted to tell you that the movie was coming out.
theres a vr roller coaster in lego land that was freaken amazing your prob home already but if you go back or if your still there that ride is awsome your on a roller coaster with a vr headset on and racing someone idk who but other lego people my daughter was small and she was able to do the use the vr headset if your head isn't big enough you just go on the roller coaster without the headset.
The Legoland in Florida has a water park I don't know if your guys does but ours does my cousins right now that's why I know

The Florida park is bigger and cheaper with more rides. There is supposed to be a new park that was supposed to have opened in 2021 in new York that is supposed to be the biggest in the USA. You will need a map for the Florida park.
if you want a six flags a little closer, discovery kingdom in vallejo is a good choice !! i’ve been able to do all the big rides in one day

I honestly never been to lego land there was a date change or something. I was only 7 or so but i hope this brings memories like this never brought me for them.
They also get you in Six Flags United Kingdom in Vallejo and if I'm not mistaken Magic Mountain is a Six Flags as well but there might be wrong
