I love my 2015 Nissan Versa Hatchback SV bought for $14, 000 with 2500 miles on it. I have had it now going on 7 years! regular maintenance no problems. As I said I love it.
This will be my next car. I own a 2009 Nissan Versa, bought it brand new, been through hell and back (6 accidents) and still driving strong. I call it my little tank. 130K miles on it and it's bit banged up but still drives great. It has been the best car ownership experience I ever had. I will either buy a new Versa in 2022 or 2203. Funny story, one year we had a bad snow store here in New York and I was picking up my daughter and two cars were stuck in the snow and trying to get out. One was a Mercedes and the other Lexus. My little Versa went right by them with no trouble. It was a great moment for my Little Tank!
i just bought a 21’ versa s and it’s a totally decent little car. literally just bought for the good gas mileage and simplicity. i’m sure it’s gonna be a great college car. :)
Own a 2020 Versa SE. I really have no complaints about the car. We own a 2019 Maxima SL and except for the obvious power difference the ride is smooth and the safety features are close to the Max. We like to call it our MiniMax. We have owned or leased 18 Nissans and never had an issue to complain about. Yes, we have owned many US cars too and had complaints. I'll be 81 soon. We leased a Versa Note several years ago and we saw how Nissan improved the 'cheap' line quite a bit. Keep it up Nissan.
There are not many cars so sincerely loved by everyone in the comments. Will definitely consider it in the future. I compared SV to the similar trims features in the elantra and kia forte and nissan definitely offers more for less money and you need to add at least 2k more to get the same stuff in elantra or forte.
Niceee!!! I got myself a 2020 nissan versa sv. All glory to god!!!!! i have videos of my car on my channel too. the process, decorating my car etc.. I like binge watching these kind of videos.
Definitely one of the cars I'm currently thinking about as a first car to go to school and back, but the CVT and arm rest are the only downside, and I'm kinda not ready for monthly payments I think I'll stick with a 13 civic lx I was also considering a 14 or 15 model but they have a CVT as well. I'm more on having gears and I'm willing to take a ding on fuel economy. 😭
I think I’m about to go for this car myself, currently I have an 07 Civic lx. I really love my car but the rust is starting to eat away at my frame, I had to clamp my exhaust pipe up bc it was hanging. I’m a little worried about the CVT myself, but I noticed a lot of newer cars have them.
The new Versa is nice and is definitely an upgrade from what it used to be, but if I were to get one I would lease it because of the awful CVT transmissions🤷🏻♂️
@@ThinkOutsideTheCube I'm part of a versa owners page, from there, we've seen one 2020 versa cvt fail at 34k miles.. But it was most likely due to the owners living situation. They lived high up in the mountains and it put a lot of stress on the Trans early on. There's another one running around as a company car with over 65k miles that hasn't shown any issues. They definitely seem to be better but clearly are still not perfect. Mine so far *knock on the hood* hasn't given me issues at 15k and I do drive it a little hard from time to time
OMG I drive a 21 Versa and have a Mirage as a rental, this statement couldn’t be more true! I will give credit due, the Mirage has a better quality backup cam and somehow accelerates faster than my Versa. Other than that it’s a nightmare
SV also comes with arms rest? I mean any other version...today they show one with a arms rest..but when give my real car it comes with out that. Don't understand why
The armrest was definitely a let down to not have. Though I will say if you get one without it, WAIT TO ORDER IT!!! If you order with the car is $300+ as where if you just order it online it's only $120. Save your dollars on their cost cuts lol. Other than that, the versa is a great car. My 2020 has 15000mi and has had no hiccups
@@Ken-22x I ordered mine through nissans parts website and had them delivered to the dealership I was going to at the time. I had them installed there only because I was getting other work done to the car. It is only double sided sticky tape holding it on so install would be easy.
@@Ken-22x hahaha dude my bad I totally read that wrong. I thought I commented about my window guards. Same thing for ordering, had it sent to the dealership but yes I installed it myself. When you get the console it will give you a card with a website to give you step by step introductions for install, along with the hardware for the install
Staying in the subcompact segment, what would be your pick?
Versa!
Yaris or Prius
I just bought this car and I can tell you it is the King/Queen of subcompact vehicles. I love this car!
how about the noise he was saying ? did you experience it?
@@jctecsonmines quite quiet

Crazy how far the Versa has come!

Love my versa absolutely perfect little car! Can't name a single problem to date owned mine almost 3 years 😊
I’m so thankful my wife decided on this car at under 20k! Thanks for the review
It’s very pretty, I love it better than the previous generation 🖤

Just car rented one today and man it’s a beautiful car real comfortable
It looks so much better than the old versa, but Nissan should have added an arm rest for the front seats.
!!!
maybe make a custom arm rest instead haha
Thank you for showing it at a distance away so we can see how it really looks opposed to up close shots only.
Nice. I bought a blue one recently and no arm rear is a let down so I’m looking at buying one and getting it installed.
Great review! Just a simple, honest, practical vehicle! It's always refreshing to get into a vehicle like this!

Es un carro muy bonito económico versatilidad seguridad japonés tiene mucho que no tienen algunos sedan familiar amplio bonito
37 miles a gallon 😳👏🏾

I just bought one today. Mine has an armrest. Think it's an option
Awesome video Garrison!😸

In action, the CVT performs much better than previously. Can’t speak for reliability though

When can i use sport mode?
Thank you for the good review..
I got a used one, under 60k in miles.....I had a "malfunction see owners manual" message pop up twice so far....can anyone elaborate?
Way better than a Mirage!

I'm renting one now
EXCELLENT NISSAN.
Great video! I think this is a nice looking little car.
Mini Maxima
How can I tell when I’m low on gas I’m confused lol
What type of gas does it burn
Does it really have sports mode?

So this one has integrated turning signal but not the kicks sv. Wow!!
I am having one on next Saturday. In Vietnam they call it Almera, not Versa.
I thought the 21' had the driver seat arm rest now.
I wish it had it that was a bummer for me but I still got it because the tech in this car equals that of higher end cars and it looks good.
That car is nice
Nissan needs to get rid of the awful CVT TRANSMISSIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cool!
Too bad it comes with bald tires :/
BFGs are ordered
I wanted to hate it... but I really don’t.
Best
Drum brakes 👺 SCARY
I miss going on vacations...
Still has the godawful CVT.
Don’t get this car it’s so slow and small and is missing features that my 2017 Sentra has
👍
Nissans are so cheap
