UPDATING OF MEMBERS AND PENSIONERS CONTACT INFORMATION

In order to ensure that all communication from GSIS reaches the members and pensioners, all contact details must be current and updated. Para up to date, mag-update!
When a member or pensioners updates his contact information with GSIS, he will be able to:
• receive important notifications regarding his loans, claims, and other GSIS transactions;
• get updates on GSIS products and services; and
• prevent unauthorized access to his GSIS records;
WHO SHOULD UPDATE:
All GSIS active and inactive members and pensioners are requested to update their contact information (mobile number, landline, email address)
REQUIREMENTS:
UMID Card for Active Members and Pensioners
